Great experience with this office and provider. Everyone was so nice and the care was great. I am a nurse practitioner and will be making this my primary care.

Thank you Danny that is very kind of you to take time to give us a 5 star review I really appreciate you as a patient. Kimi
Worst provider, I wouldn’t send an animal to her
She did not want to work with an endocrinologist or Vanderbilt. She was talking more about her diabetes and her husband’s health issues to compare. Then made my fiance more depressed with offering hospice if he didn’t want to do what he needed to do without asking why he didn’t want to take his meds. There’s too many amazing PCP options than to settle for going to someone who makes you feel like an inconvenience or burden on her workload.

Grateful! I’ve searched for years to find a provider and team that I like this much. It’s incredible how my quality of life has improved (for my family too) K. Griffey is a thoughtful listener and can actually critically think through your symptoms to quickly develop a care strategy! So smart! The entire team at the office are honest and helpful. Stressed, hurting, or not feeling well - this is the place to go!

Lauren we love you too!!. Thanks for taking the time to care for us. Hope you are doing well. Thanks for the great review. Kimi
Refused to see me because I no showed on accident. Tried calling to reschedule before the appt, nobody answered and I left a voicemail. I no showed a year prior because I have ADHD and forget things very frequently.
If they are unwilling to work with me because I forget the appt or things come up, I wouldn't want to work with them on medical issues either.
Edit: Crazy this owner is so defensive on Google reviews instead of trying to make things right with people that have issues with them. Who made the policy? Policies are made up and can be changed on a whim. What kind of false equivalence is that comparing missing a dr appt to making a Google review? I don't need luck finding someone, I needed luck to find out how inflexible and indifferent you are as a provider and I have enough to find that out apparently.

Tony, sorry to hear you are unhappy with our policy to not reschedule your new patient appt. We did not get any messages from you and have no record of you calling except when Mirriam spoke with you. You confirmed your appt yesterday at 430pm. the computer sent you 2 emails 9/3/24 at 11:14am, 9/5/24 at 1:48 pm and sent you two text messages 9/10/24 at 3:37 pm and 9/11/24 (yes today!!) at 11:03 am and you still managed to miss your appt at 230 today. You honestly can't blame me for not wanting to reschedule your appt. The fact that you took time to write this review but can not make an appt, well actually 3 appts says it all. I truly wish you luck finding the health care your need.

Honestly don't like doctors or going to the doctor but I was nervous here for maybe 3 or 4 minutes and the ladies at the front desk and the doctor herself really helped me! Very kind and caring

Be prepared to have a physical 2 times a year at this office. They will not give you a medicine refill for a medicine you have been taking for years unless you go every 6 months. I have always thought this was unusual because most physicians only have to see you annually. Denying a medicine refill for a patient because of this if very dangerous, but they will do it.

According to the JNC 8 guidlines once controlled people with hypertension should follow up every 3-6 mo. I set up my follow-up intervals based on the recommendations from the experts not what the patient desires, in most cases I would never see anyone. I don't know anyone who says they love to go the doctor.
" …most patients should return for follow‐up and adjustment of medications at approximately monthly intervals until the BP goal is reached. More frequent visits will be necessary for patients with stage 2 hypertension or with complicating comorbid conditions…. "After BP is at goal and stable, follow‐up visits can usually be at 3‐ to 6‐month intervals." https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8109611/#:~:text=After%20BP%20is%20at%20goal,%E2%80%90%20to%206%E2%80%90month%20intervals.
You were given a curtosy refill of 30 days to give you time to make an appt.
I am not sure what you are basing your guildlines or experience on with "most physicians only have to see you annually", usually the only people who go annually to their healthcare provider are the ones on NO medications and just need a check up.
We wish you and your family the best of luck finding the healthcare provider who will meet your needs. Kimi Guffey APRN/CEO

I came here for my DOT physical. The staff was great and the doctor was perfect. I felt so comfortable coming here, the doctor is now my Pcp. I don’t plan on going anywhere else. When you find a doctor that makes you feel like family, that’s all that matters.
