Fantastic service from start to finish with James. All organised very efficiently, with good pre-installation advice to help with materials purchasing. Attended on time on a weekend and completed the install efficiently, keeping me involved in the unavoidable unexpected decisions that come with installing things in an old property where nothing is quite square. He was also kind and polite to our young children and dog and left everything tidy when he left. Highly recommended! Thanks James!

A brand-new garden!
My family and I decided to renovate the dull garden to a modern style garden, with some space for flowers and shrubs.
I managed to find Bespoke Garden Designs, after I did research on garden landscaping service on google.
My parents and I viewed its before and after landscaping photos on Bespoke's website, and read it's review on google. After discussion, we finally chose Bespoke Garden Designs for our garden project.
Thanks to Jake for quickly responding to my inquiry and providing the quotation to me. Thanks to James for carrying out on-site measurement for the garden project. He patiently answered my questions about the garden layout. Also, he gave advice for the poor lawn quality.
Finally, thanks to Ian for working ontime, greeting us politely, carefully completing paving tiles, installing flower beds, etc. Overall, I rated positive 5-stars for Bespoke Garden Designs !
A brilliant transformation! From the initial chat about what we were looking for from our front garden, through the design which developed what we'd said and elevated our own basic ideas to a whole new level, to completion and a garden far better than we could ever have imagined or achieved on our own. We've loved working with Jake, Rach & team. They're considerate, creative, friendly & really hard working. We're looking forward to working with them again on our back garden. Jake, Rachel and the team have fully transformed our large back garden and it is now so lovely!
They were professional and friendly from the start, and very patient with our own lack of knowledge about how best to improve our garden, offering many different suggestions and adapting when we ended up changing our minds as we went along.
They first did an excellent job replacing a long stretch of old fencing, and managed to find a solution when existing shrubs and a large tree got in the way. They completed this to such a high standard that two of our neighbours have subsequently hired them to do their fencing too.
Part 2 of the project was the transformation of our large gravel patio (full of weeds, on a slope, with random old tree stumps) and the cracked concrete path alongside it, into a beautiful patio area. They recommended Neotimber composite decking, and we also have a lovely paved area as part of it. We are very pleased with the outcome.
We invited the team back this year to find a way to makeover the far end of our long garden, which was formerly full of overgrown bushes, weeds and grass that never grew because it is under a large tree. We now have a lovely new patio area, wooden planters and a beautiful wooden gazebo. We never used to use this part of our garden, and now we use it all the time!
Jake's attention to detail is superb, and means that every part of the job was completed to the best standard, with no corner-cutting. One important bonus for me was that communication was always great. Jake kept us in the loop throughout, with timings and progress, and was eager to explain the work whenever I nipped outside to see how they were getting on.

We needed composite decking and glass balustrade and quality was very important to us, the only quote, approach and details we liked was from Jake, Rachel and their team. We were absolutely delighted with the job, not only the quality but the timing and flexibility due to extras needed later and not all parts ready at one time. The end result we use every day now and we have no hesitation in recommending their services, all our visitors ask who built our decking and want that recommendation. the good value, flexibility and personal approach was important to us, if it is to you too, you won't go far wrong.
Jake and team did a wonderful job for me in replacing my old wooden decking with easier to maintain composite material. They were punctual, very tidy and completed the work on time. Without doubt Jake provides a professional service ( suggesting design and material) with very competitive costs. His written quote was very thorough showing full designs and costs and I Would definitely recommend his service.

Worked with our ideas to come up with something truly bespoke for a new patio area, with 'outdoor lounge area' - incorporating custom woodern pegola, with bar area. Having disabilities I was struggling to maintain my garden so I contacted Bespoke Garden Designs for a quote. I had a limited budget but Jake & his team have created a great, easy to maintain space for myself, my dog & the wildlife to enjoy and I'm as pleased as punch with the final result! Time to start adding the flowers and shrubs!
