I cannot speak highly enough of the wig service Petra and her team provided to me. I didn’t have a long time to stay in London but Petra managed to expedite the delivery time of my beautiful wig. From start to finish Petra was patient, informative, creative and a pleasure to be around. I felt very comfortable and at ease - essential for such an intimate service. The hair I chose was absolutely beautiful quality. I shall certainly return for a second wig to Petra. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you Petra and Team x

I would highly recommend Berenice. Petra has been wonderful throughout the process, she is extremely compassionate, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I felt I was in safe hands, it is evident she really cares about her costumers and is passionate and skilled in what she does. The whole process is extremely personalised and my wig looks just like how my hair used to look like before alopecia. Thank you for helping me feel like me again!!!

I don't recommend,I'm very disappointed,l paid £2000 for short wig ,but the result is like cheap wig, very unhappy l wasted my money, Petra is lovely, just no professional, so l will buy some cheaper wig maybe much better

From the first contact by phone Petra was very kind & very helpful. We discussed what I wanted & it was made to perfection in the promised time. I've known Petra for the past two years. She has listened to what I wanted and created custom wigs to suit me. I have long-term alopecia and these wigs are honestly the best I've ever had. They are hand-knotted into a fine mesh base. I find them light to wear and almost like they are my own hair. I am always striving to perfect my look and Petra has been extremely patient and understanding in what I'm looking for. I am so glad I found her. The hair quality is fantastic. She has also been extremely helpful with recommending how to care for the hair, and making alterations when required. Thank you for your help so far! Sorry, keeping photo anonymous. I recently visited Berenice London for a bespoke hairpiece and I highly recommend it! The hairpiece is lightweight and easy to wear, made of high-quality hair that matches my natural frizzy-like hair. Unlike commercial hairpieces that come in only straight, wavy or curly textures, this one is versatile, allowing me to style it differently every day. I am so comfortable wearing it that I can even nap with it on! Petra, who is part of an incredible team with her mother, is a talented individual who listens carefully to your needs and preferences. She understood how important it was for me that my hairpiece reflected my transition to grey hair and did a lovely grey blending that matched my natural hairlock on one side. The result is that my hairpiece makes me feel like my true self despite my alopecia. I appreciate the time Petra took to explain and discuss the options available for my androgenic alopecia, trying on different colours and textures to match my hair and personality. She also offered the opportunity to try the hairpiece before finalizing it. I now understand and appreciate the difference between having a bespoke piece and a commercial piece. There is no way back to commercial hair pieces. I am extremely happy and grateful for the service I received from Berenice London. Thank you both! Xx

I wish I could give more than five stars in this review. Petra was a true professional from the beginning of my journey with her, right until the end. Making sure my every need and concern were catered for regarding making me a wig.....from making sure that the lace was the right colour for my complexion, to creating the best cap construction for my needs, to making sure the hair colour and texture matched to perfection! Any concerns I had were dealt with promptly, nothing was too much trouble.....and I could always get a hold of her through social media to ask any questions I had. Meeting petra and her mum was always a pleasure as they work very well together as a team! They always made me feel so welcome when visiting their place of business to try on and fit my wig. Petra has so much knowledge about wigs and gives you advice and lots of tips on how to care for your wig so that it can last you for many years! I mean, she even offers a repair service, so you have peace of mind that should anything happen to your wig.....there's always help at hand. I had my wig made from scratch as I suffer from alopecia and the quality of the wig is simply amazing! It's one of the best wigs I have ever owned. The hair quality is second to none, absolute untouched, unprocessed virgin hair! Not a tangle in sight.....I love it! She sources ethically kind, untreated natural hair from trustworthy sources, then works her magic, creating natural looking bespoke, made to measure wigs and toppers, that are extremely comfortable and natural looking. She has a wonderful and descreet showroom, and has professional support staff to cut and colour.
