What a Gem of a company my son just discovered after living in Hampton, VA for so many years. Amazed of their turnaround time and pricing. Cody came out lastnight, it was really cold, still had a great attitude and very polite and Professional. Just realized they have a Plumbing department as well. It's a Blessing to have a family owned company that treat their customers and employees like Family. Lisa, the Office Managaer is an Asset to this company. Very knowledgeable and patient in answering any questions. Thanks to the Bennett Family for your honest opinion and a great Asset to the community. Highly Reccomended!

If you are a great technician and are wondering whether or not to come work here, do it. Ive been an hvac technician for almost 10 years but have never worked for a company for longer than a year because as you know, a lot of companies out there aren’t worth your time and effort as a great technician. But I’ve worked here for 3 years and it was one of the best things I’ve ever done. They actually care about you and their customers. They bring you in like family and never let you go without support. Whatever I needed they gave it to me and then some. They train you, love you and give you opportunities you probably haven’t had anywhere else. Not once did I have to worry about hours or my job. I love you Bennett family and I will bring your spirit with be back home to Texas

So, so grateful for Bennett Air Conditioning! Being 20 weeks pregnant, with a two year old, in THIS HEAT was no joke. They came out today and fixed my HVAC within 2 minutes when it took another company 1 week+!!! Customer service is top tier. This mama is happy to be in the cool AC again 😂🤰🏽🤍🙌🏽

Bennett's was very quick to respond to quote and install a new HVAC unit when ours quit in the middle of a 95 degree heat streak! They cheerfully persevered beyond normal work hours while encountering issues caused by our internal wiring system and stayed until everything was working to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend them.

I cannot recommend Bennetts Air Conditioning enough! My unit broke down at 5pm on a Friday afternoon at my business, and I was in a panic. I called Bennetts, and they were incredibly responsive. They sent someone out right away, and by 7pm, my unit was up and running again. The efficiency and professionalism of their team are truly commendable. What a great company, I have nothing but good things to say. I would recommend Bennett AC to everyone.🤩🤩The work they do is beautifully done and works amazing. All my friends go with Bennett for their AC and heating needs and the people working there are the nicest people in the world. The trucks they have are so memorable and I love spotting them when I’m driving around the 757 area and I’m grateful and impressed by their super safe and courteous driving abilities which I am very picky about when choosing a HVAC company. Every time I see that Bennett logo I just smile because it brings me a little bit of happiness in this cold world that we live in. I would give them 6 stars if I could but google only lets me do 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
