Made appointment for 3 pm for 1/23/26. Arrived at 2:20. Was told (with immense attitude) by an older front desk person that it’s going to be several hours. I asked what’s the point of making an appointment and he responded it’s just to get me on the schedule. Being a walk-in vs appointment apparently makes no difference. Absolutely horrible way of treating your customers. I have had all my cars tire work done at Belle, either Southport or Greenwood, for the past several years. I have spent easily north of $20k on tires over this time. I will be taking my business elsewhere after this experience.
