Made appointment for 3 pm for 1/23/26. Arrived at 2:20. Was told (with immense attitude) by an older front desk person that it’s going to be several hours. I asked what’s the point of making an appointment and he responded it’s just to get me on the schedule. Being a walk-in vs appointment apparently makes no difference. Absolutely horrible way of treating your customers. I have had all my cars tire work done at Belle, either Southport or Greenwood, for the past several years. I have spent easily north of $20k on tires over this time. I will be taking my business elsewhere after this experience.

Pathetic a friend of mine was injured here after a brake job and this company showed their butts. I would not take a tire or service from here if it were free.

Purchased tires at Belle Tire. Since purchase, this company has been terrible. Had a flat on I-465, took tire off and brought to Belle Tire on west side of Indy. Was told over a 2 hour wait to plug a hole. Went to Auto Zone across the street, bought a kit, and repaired it myself in under 2 mins. Have tried twice to get tires rotated and balanced in Greenwood. First time I was told over a 2 hour wait, and that you could not schedule an appointment for this service. Couldn't wait that long. Walked in a second time less than 5 minutes after opening and was told 2 to 3 hour wait, but could schedule an appointment. Quoted what I was told previously, and was told could schedule as long as it was a week out. Couldn't do it a week later. Called Discount Tire, and they quoted me around an hour. Belle Tire is AWFUL to deal with. Zero customer service. Will never step foot in a Belle Tire ever again.

Hour & a half wait for a tire that they supposed to have mounted already, & left off ever valve cap they touched! In snow & ice thanks for the overcharging as well! Also noticed that snow hadn’t been removed from piles in handy cap parking areas no way a wheelchair would get in!

Terrible and irresponsible service at Belle Tire – 198 S Marlin Dr, Greenwood, IN 46142 My experience with this location was an absolute nightmare. I bought new tires for my 2024 Honda Accord, and they told me I also needed to replace the rear struts. Despite that, they couldn’t do the job because they didn’t have the tires I wanted nor the struts in stock. I had to wait two days for them to order everything. When they finally installed the tires and struts, one of the struts failed the very next day. They told me the part was defective, and once again I had to wait two more days for a replacement. You’d think that would be the end of the problems, but no: 45 days later, the other strut failed. And when I returned to the store, they had no mechanic available at all. They told me to come back another day just so they could inspect it—and after that, I would need to wait again for them to order the new part. This shows a complete lack of organization, professionalism, inventory management, and quality control. After so many failures and so much wasted time, I cannot trust this location. I do not recommend Belle Tire under any circumstances.

Had BFG K03 (not cheap) tires put on my pickup. Valve stem (installed by Belle Tire) leaked one tire flat in less then a couple weeks. Timing was bad and needed it repaired quickly. Called and was told it would take around 4 hours because of other appointments. The fact that they would not prioritize correcting their mistake resulted in me taking my vehicle to a small local place. Found out Belle had installed an undersized stem for tires that can hold up to 80 psi. Local place swapped it out in less than 15 minutes.

Always great customer service but we Purchase tires from Greenwood location alot, my wife had a nail today, so i sent her to Get there free plug service, they tried selling her a tire instead of helping her. Do you think we dont know what a sidewall is? Its in the tread. No more coming here.

I have never had a positive experience with the Greenwood store. They are unprofessional, inconsistent, and rude. Discount tire is a better option for sure.

I have been coming to belle tire for years, they are the most affordable option if you’re not the person to DIY your stuff. I was quoted over 2k everywhere else just to do my struts, but they did two tires, struts and breaks/rotors for a little over that and I’m so thankful. They originally called me with a different quote but I told them I simply couldn’t afford it right now and they worked with me to get closer to my budget. Thank you to the wonderful team.
