The worse experience with purchasing tires ever! This company is one of the worse tire companies I’ve ever dealt with I spent over $3200 on two sets of tires to only find out that I would have had to pay another $75 per tire to get my tires covered if I ran over a nail! That is ridiculous if that was the case why purchase such expensive tires you would be better off going to one of these small tire shops and get the same tire for less and I’m sure if you spend that type of money they will honor fixing or replacing a tire that isn’t more than 3 months old! I give Belle tire an F and will never recommend or shop here ever again!

Pretty good. Took about 2.5 hours total. I needed new tires so I scheduled an appointment online. It turns out I chose the wrong size. They also notified me of my alignment needing fixed. Places like this usually try to tack on extra stuff like that saying you need X Y or Z so that’s expected. All in all it cost a bit more than I was expecting but I’m just glad to have new tires.

I stopped in over the weekend asking about a nail in my tire. The dealership was adamant that the tire had to be replaced. I disagreed and I'm so happy I decided to take my car to Belle Tire on Pendleton Pike. The tire WAS repairable and cost me nothing! They did it for free. Thank you Clearance!! I'm sorry, another individual helped as well but I didn't get his name. You have our business now.

I called 2 other tire places this morning when I discovered a nail in my tire and very low tire pressure. One put me on hold and never picked back up, the other told me it would be a 4 hour wait without an appointment. I stopped here and they got me right in and out in about 1 hour, the service was free and they gave both of my kids a mascot stuffy. Additionally, the lady I spoke with to check in/out was just very friendly and professional!

This place is a joke, got brand new tires put on and the day after one of the tires was leaking air they wanna say I must of ran over something. Nope, just a fly by night type of operation.

Do not bother scheduling an appointment. They book multiple customers for the same appointment time for some reason. So if you schedule to be there at 9am they will have you wait upwards of two hours making it no different than a walk-in. I recommend the Belle Tire team book people for time slots that are actually available instead of promising times they cannot keep. If someone was ahead of me at 9am, just have me schedule a different time instead of making me late to work by not telling me there's people ahead of me. If you schedule an appointment with a doctor, the doctor finishes up with the previous patient by the time of the appointment. I understand some flexibility in scheduling but this is like a doctor booking three patients at one time and making the other two wait for hours when they could have come later and planned their day around the doctor's schedule. Get this appointment problem fixed and its a pretty good service provider otherwise.

I bought tires from them two years ago instead of going to Costco big mistake! They have great customer service but not good execution. I have had a nail and low pressure in one tire for months and every time I go they tell me it’ll be 5 to 6 hours that I have to drop my vehicle off. There’s no option for an appointment. I don’t have time. I’m one vehicle home and can’t walk back home or take an Uber for a free tire plug. I’d rather pay make an appointment and be done with it. But instead, I’m out of my warranty my tread is being worn. I am absolutely never taking my business to Belle tire again and that’s unfortunate. I really had high hopes. Make an option for people to pay for a tire plug. I don’t need it for free. I just need my tire to not wear out so you try to sell me a new one every time! I spent $2000 on good tires and have not been able to get one single repair done by Belle except when the tire was not repairable, and they had to sell me a new one. Truly frustrating!

I made appointment for 9am finally in at 930. Actually arrived early at 830. New tires and alignment done at 1055. Spent over $1400.00. Left belle tire to realize my steering wheel was cocked. (Alignment out). Returned to wait again. Board said i would be there another hour. This is unacceptable!!! I thought since they made a mistake on alignment they would get me back in IMMEDIATELY. Won't be back to the Greenwood, in. store. While waiting on tires and alignment a gentleman and his dog came in went to the counter then walked to the door and started screaming "I won't be back i paid you to fix my tire and it's still leaking and you want me to wait 3hrs" after the gentleman left the guy behind the desk said "that happens 8-9 times a day" As I look back i should've realized that these ppl dont know how to do the job and dont care to promptly fix their mistakes.

Go here for tires if you’re a fan of the following: Seeing clowns when not at the circus Being told you’ll be out in 2 hours, telling your ride to leave you’ll wait then at an hour and 45 min getting called in to find out they just put your car on the lift and you’ll miss the appointment they guaranteed you’d make Being told your lug key “broke because it’s old” Having the staff refuse to say “we broke your property” But instead find any possible acrobatic verbiage to deflect their blame with such well known hits as “It’s old” “it broke while in our tool” and my personal favorite “We cannot confirm that belle tire broke your property, only that it broke while in our garage while being serviced by our staff” Other highlights of this tour were being told it would be 15 minutes more to get my car road safe only to have it driven out missing 2 lugnuts and the tech letting me know “it’s probably safe to drive around” Now you might be thinking “Oh, just call the corporate office And they’ll get it taken care of”. Sure we’d all like to think the company Cares but after multiple phone calls trying to reach any real person you got a call back at close to 6 o’clock at night where Brennan from corporate will reiterate to you that doing business with Belle tire means You leave with a car that’s apparently unsafe to drive on the street, and that having to go back in while they work on your car for eight hours They damaged shouldn’t be an inconveniece But instead should be something you’re thankful for. Then the best gift of all they let you know they’re not sure when they’ll be able to fix your vehicle which is now a giant paperweight sitting in your yard because it’s unsafe to drive because it doesn’t have lug nuts Having to get a rental car At your own expense…that’s a blessing in this economy and the company letting you know it’ll be a few business days before it decides if they’ll reimburse you is something you should be thankful for Because your Belle tire overlords deem it right. Maybe the company has insurance and that’ll cover it? I’m sure they do but no one will provide you that information or a number for anyone they can talk to. They’re too busy messing up peoples property and Then gaslighting you With double speak phrases Bottom line if you want terrible customer service, no personal responsibility From employees, and absolutely no responsibility from the Parent company definitely go here, It’ll change your life. FYI the number of angry customer w a similar experience is huge. Here’s some so you don’t have to look hard
