We ordered online which was easy enough to do.
Despite the right address showing on the invoice they tried to deliver across the road.
The lads were fast enough to get it upstairs & then off.
When we removed the packaging the mattress was ripped & had no label to state what it was.
Customer service have not replied to my email.

Paid extra for faster delivery. Only 2 out of 3 boxes were delivered. No one answers the phone or responds to messages. Left with an unusual £600 bed and no way of getting to speak to anyone on the phone. Avoid this company at all costs.

Very disappointed. Bought zip and link mattresses in January which were much more firm than expected. They are totally inflexible on returns. Choose a retailer that offers a sleep trial, then you can return after testing it out.

I'd have liked to see what the bed frame looked like without the mattress and bedding on it. It said free delivery in the UK but then delivery was £15 . Otherwise the website was fine.
