Bought a bed off these and it never showed up, they say it “got lost” how does a bed get lost in delivery? Then I managed to get a replacement sent out and they have sent the wrong sized bed! Not to mention it was also damaged. Now trying to get in contact with them is almost impossible as they don’t reply to emails!! Avoid like the plague

I am just coming on this to say do not buy any beds from these people, we bought a bed from them and within six weeks it collapsed and bent I am an engineer and have worked with steel for a long time it was made of terribly cheap box section as the main support they refused to give us our money back as they said we should have put anti slip matts under it wich idk about you but I’ve never heard of that before in ma life and they don’t even provide it they say it’s because they don’t know what flooring you put it on. Did I also mention my girlfriends pregnant what would have happened if she had fell through and onto her stomach. They also said to me because I bent it back in place that it ruined the warranty but like I said my girlfriends pregnant what is she supposed to do sleep on the floor

Visited the showroom last Monday morning, explained what I was after and was expertly guided to what I needed. Bed was delivered the same day (about 4 hours later; I am local). Could not have asked for better service in any way.

Dont bother with this bed shop, selling rubbish mattress, s at high prices, we bought The Ashbury mattress, looks great in the store, but after some time sleeping on it, it collapses, Manager told us its the design of the mattress, never known it before, price was £399 we paid £360 total waste of money,!!!!!!! Wont be going back 0/0 AVOID better places selling decent nattresses

They get the beds from Aspire Furniture,add £50-100 and sell them as their own product.Meh!Never again!

I will never order from this company again big scammers they sent me a bed a broken drawer the headboard has no holes and he won't replace them nor will he contact me He told me he would replace them and blocked me and doesn't answer me anymore Please Don't shop with this company

Provided me with a base without the holes for the headboard .. apologised and sent a second base . Again has no holes .. on the third delivery now . Would avoid this company their attention to detail is appalling

My review unfortunately has to be posted, all in all our shopping experience with this company was disappointing, all I wanted was a good nights sleep so we came here to try out some mattresses. We weren’t offered much advice, and certainly no advice on company policies. As most manufacturers do now they at least offer a period of time (usually 30) days to try out a mattress to make sure it’s suitable for your needs. They DO NOT offer this. So if you’re hoping to exchange for a more suitable one you’ll be disappointed! We ordered ours end of June, due for delivery the week after & turned up day after the date we expected it to arrive ( another disappointment)! The mattress we bought had a label saying soft/ medium, it isn’t we still are waking in agony & its 1st august/ 24. It’s just cost another £100 for a mattress topper hopefully to get some comfort & sleep. The staff weren’t very helpful & adamantly refused it back even though we were willing to pay extra for a different one. It was covered & protected by a zipped mattress protector, & still had the edge protected from the delivery packaging. If you’re thinking about a new mattress it might be worth looking for someone who does a 30 night trial!!! It’s a lot to spend to be disappointed!! Thanks bedstar for no help at all!!

We ordered online which was easy enough to do. Despite the right address showing on the invoice they tried to deliver across the road. The lads were fast enough to get it upstairs & then off. When we removed the packaging the mattress was ripped & had no label to state what it was. Customer service have not replied to my email.
