Lack of follow up. I have emailed a few times the owner...nothing. I have called 5 times in the past month with important tax questions for my corp. I have been with this company for 12 years and must say it has really gone downhill. If your CPA doesn't get in touch there's a problem. Also have noticed many key employees leaving.
It always takes me at least 3 calls to their office to get anyone to respond to my questions. There is no way to contact them by email that I can see on the website and I must leave a message when I call the office by phone, then nobody calls back. I never even know if anyone got my message. I find it all very frustrating. I since discovered their email but I still didn't get a response. When I was finally able to get to talk to someone they are personable, apologetic and helpful, but getting there is a struggle.

My biggest complaint is with the responsiveness of the office. It has taken me AT LEAST 3 calls to get a response from them whenever I have had a question. There is no way to contact them by email as far as I can see from their website, The receptionist often does not answer the phone and I must leave a message to which I usually don't receive an answer. This has been a problem for the past two years that I've used them. I never know if anybody even received my call. I find this extremely frustrating.
Discovered on our own that they had done our taxes wrong for 3 years in a row. Totally didn’t understand how to record what seemed like a basic write-off. In total, it was about an $8000 error! The real disappointment was their lack of customer service after the fact. After calls and emails, we have never received a response from the owner or any kind of refund for the so called professional fees that we paid. An apology goes a long way, but apparently that was too much to ask from them.

If you want your taxes done accurately this is not the place to get them done! For two years we didn't thoroughly review their work because we received a refund. This year we now owed $5000! We questioned Brad but he gave us some reasons. When we got home my husband started looking into some things and found a huge error on all 3 years on a pretty basic tax law. We still owe but less than $1000. We also should be receiving $4000 back from the previous 2 years. After sending emails and calling to complain to the owner, we have never heard from him. So much for standing behind your work. Doesn't even have the decency to return an email!
