Very enjoyable ☺ Very comfortable with all areas well thought out. Only there was no paperwork to show how to work the tv. The remote was complicated until we were shown how to use it. Also one shower head was broken which caused the small bathroom to get flooded. The front door lock was Very hard to turn and we had to leave it locked and use the back entrance. The step to the small bathroom and steps from the Lounge to the kitchen were a hazard as we all found it difficult to see the steps. It needed some Notification or tape to show where they were. Being elderly These things were important to us. The beds were very comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay. It was a very peaceful place and nicely put together.

The host was very responsive and helpful with our stay! Perfect location and nice and peaceful. Would definitely recommend staying and we will probably be back there in the future :)

The small resort style property was a new experience for us but we enjoyed it, although you are in close proximity to the other guests. The sauna, pool and surroundings added to the experience. The beach was a couple of minutes to walk to and town and easy walk also. I would recommend and stay again.

Very good ☺ Good location, comfy house. Easy check-in process. ☹ No proper driveway. Very dangerous internal step near entrance, family member nearly hurt themselves quite badly. Horrible smell in the laundry

A great place to stay if you plan to eat out every day. Close enough to walk into town along the beach or through the neighbourhood. Plenty of things to do close by like Pilates, yoga etc. A great place to book out completely with friends and family as one apartment has a full kitchen set up whereas the other rooms don’t have this facility.

Passable ☺ The location was great. ☹ The lack of cleanliness. The pool wasn't clean on arrival and the lounge is stained. There is no sealed driveway and it is shared with the neighbour so you have to park on the front lawn if there is no space left on the street. On our final night we experienced torrential rain and our hire car got bogged on the front lawn. The agent charged us $130 fee to repair the lawn without any communication with us to find out what had occurred. I would suggest that you either have a driveway installed or advertise the parking situation accurately. It certainly put a dampener on our experience.

Great little accommodation. Was super close to Byron town centre, only approx a 15 minute walk. Hosts were great, provided some great recommendations and were really responsive. super clean, would stay again.

Lovely house, great location. ☺ Location was excellent ☹ The outside area was unusable due to the large mosquito swarms. We bought citronella candles and coils but they had no impact.
