This was my second time getting berries from them this season. The first time was raspberries (so fresh and flavourful - I'm hooked), and blueberries the second time (lots of flavour and some of them are SO big!).
Very much looking forward to their next delivery.
Tip: pre-order online in advance.
I didn't pre-order this last time and they were out of raspberries by the time they reached my delivery location. I learned my lesson, and will definitely pre-order next time.
Their customer service is top notch. They are responsive to emails and texts, and the drivers are very friendly.

Came home from the lake to pick up the raspberries - no raspberries.
Would have been nice if someone let me know instead of wasting my night.
The couple who bought peaches before me, weighed them and got a refund because they were incredibly expensive by weight.
Won’t be using this company again.
I picked up my first order yesterday in Camrose, and I’m very pleased. The truck was on time at the delivery location, and the two young men staffing it were polite, friendly, well-organized, and helpful about moving fruit to my car. I was able to buy extra fruit that I hadn’t pre-ordered as well. And, my most favourable comment is that the fruit is awesome! I will be returning again!
I recently purchased peaches, blackberries, and blueberries from BC Fresh Berries, and I couldn't be more pleased. The fruit was incredibly fresh and flavorful especially the peaches. The blackberries and blueberries were also top quality, sweet and bursting with taste.
On top of that, the customer service was excellent. Friendly, helpful, and efficient it's clear they care about both their products and their customers. I’ll definitely be buying from them again. Highly recommend!
I have been buying blueberries from BCFreshBerries for years. The blueberries are so fresh and delicious! Each summer I wait for their delivery trucks to arrive in Fort St John! They send out updates when they are arriving and where to pick up. I bought the blackberries this year as well and they are equally delicious! Oh, and they always have LOTS of each fruit available right there for customers to try before purchasing! So so so yummy!
48 hours after delivery
- they didn't have my whole order, and have not refunded me yet
- no one replied to my email yet
- their customer service phone number doesn't work
- I was charged a $5 fee to prepay online
- they charged me double the price that Heritage Co-op grocery is currently charging for BC cherries.
- the berries started to mould within 48 hours, even though they claim that they're fresh and should last longer, on their website.
