I will recommend BBcastle Hire to my family and friends. The communication from them to me was clear, effective and timely from the moment I booked the bouncy castle to the moment they picked it up. Lee communicated and let me know each step. I hired an adult bouncy castle from them but I forgot to mentioned that my back garden wasn't in use. When Lee arrives he was very helpful, understanding, polite and professional at all time. He took his time and risking being delay to deliver other customers just to make sure that I was satisfy. He went the extra mile to satisfy us. It feels good to see that people like Lee still exist in this world. Thank you so much Lee.

I rented a bouncy castle/slide from BB Castle Here for my son's birthday, and it was a hit! The equipment was in excellent condition, clean, and safe. The service was professional and helpful, with prompt delivery and setup. The kids were thrilled and played for hours. I highly recommend BB Castle Here and will definitely use them again!

Hired several inflatables from this company as part of our end of year treat for our Year Four students. Could not recommend this company more! All inflatables were clean and spacious for our children. From our initial contact with Lee, all the way through to the event, him and his team were fantastic. We will definitely be using them again.

Great experience from prior to booking through to collection. Quick communication with Lee when i sent some questions over, and clear instructions for set up on the day. It came on time and collected on time, and the kids loved it. Thanks!

Called and got an instant reply and was able to book one of the packages for a birthday party of bouncy castle and penalty shootout. Very polite and delivered and set up before the party started. Would use again.

Booked for a PFA Fun Day at school, recommended by another member of the PFA and reassured by the fact that the inflatables are safety checked and insured. Best price I could find for giant slide and bouncy castle package and the slide was perfect for this sort of event because children can go up and down quickly so the queue moves quickly. Read that the inflatable could arrive anytime between 7am and 12pm which didn't work because of the school lunch break so phoned to ask whether it was possible to arrange a later drop off, they agreed to arrive at 1.30pm. Also, needed collection between 5pm and 6pm and called to check this would be possible. Thankfully, since it was a Friday (and maybe because we needed less time rather than more), it was. Normally, the first one they drop off is the first one they collect. Recommend calling if you need drop off and pick up within a timeframe, they are as accommodating as they can be within their schedule. Clean, enjoyable, high quality inflatables, set up and put down professionally, great customer service (I also called to pay by BACS and again to check the length of the cables, they were very patient!).

Fantastic can not rate high enough. From start to finish this booking was the easiest part of my son's birthday party arrangements. I called the day before to check in and Lee reassured me and kept my mind at ease with the booking. Arrived on Sunday and had the castle ready quickly and was taken down promptly allowing me to wrap up the birthday in time for my end time of my booking. Absolutely fantastic service that deserve more than 5 stars if I could. Would recommend to anyone looking for bouncy castle. A good price for hire.

This was the first time we booked BB Castle Hire Our event was held on the school field in Coventry, the attendance was fantastic, made all the more special by Lee & his team. They supervised the children wonderfully, which isn’t always easy. From booking BB Castle through to the actual day of the event everything was seamless. Excellent service, very professional.

Amazing communication. I was worried about the weather and I was told I could cancel and rebook within 2 weeks so I don’t loose my deposit. I luckily didn’t cancel as I really wanted it for Eid. The team were amazing who dropped off the bouncy castle and pick up was also very smooth. Over all a very good castle hire company will surely rebook and recommend. Thanks you kids loved it :-)
