Despite being initially a friendly team, overall did not find them responsive to inquiries about BAS statements and tax returns. For example emailed accountant about q4 BAS for 2024 on Jan 8, and only got an automatic reply to say he was on leave to return on Jan 13- nothing further. Only when we moved account to another accountant did we find out that the tax return for last financial was never submitted… despite receiving an invoice for their services not rendered.
