Mack and his team did an amazing job on… Mack and his team did an amazing job on my bathroom. I had terrible problems with a previous badly done installation which led to leaks, and Mack’s expertise and Schluter system was exactly what I needed. The bathroom now looks amazing (‘like a 5 star hotel’ according to the first person who saw it) and more importantly, I know that it’s been done to a great quality with waterproofing and good workmanship as the top priority. Also they are great communicators and very considerate contractors to work with. Thank you Mack!!

Beautiful new wetroom Battersea Bathrooms took a dingy, mouldy space and completely transformed it into a beautiful modern wetroom. There were a number of surprises that came up as we stripped away the old bathroom and found out what was behind, but each time they were flexible and offered me options for how to proceed. The tiling was done very quickly and neatly, and they really cared that the end result was something I was happy with.

The bathroom is absolutely beautiful! The bathroom is absolutely beautiful. Mack demands and produces quality. This guy knows what he's talking about. Make sure youre prepared for how much rubbish is produced, and I'd recommend checking with Mack which products to buy before buying!

Truly excellent wet room fitter Mack did a really fantastic job transforming our small downstairs bathroom into a beautiful and really enjoyable wet room. We were really blown away by the result. Mack's attention to detail is phenomenal. He gave us great advice on design and products throughout the process - Mack really knows his stuff! Also he took great care keeping our floors protected, keeping his tools very tidy, and generally being admirably considerate while doing the work. Mack was very responsive when I made contact and was happy to discuss various options regarding the style I wanted and the ideas I had. We agreed the work and schedule and Mack was flexible when I had some admin issues with my housing association which delayed the start date. He was very careful and thorough about preparing and protecting my flat and he worked in a very systematic way throughout the job. Mack is highly communicative and trustworthy, providing daily updates on progress, which put me at completely at ease. He was also very clear and transparent about his pricing from the start. Excellent bathroom re-fit and re-fresh Mack undertook a complete bathroom refurbishment for us for an en suite to master bedroom. He was absolutely fantastic, working very quickly and efficiently, and the quality of the work was excellent. He waterproofed the whole room and the tiling was brilliant. He had a keen eye for detail and was extremely thorough. He is an excellent bathroom fitter and we would use him again for similar projects or other bathrooms in the house. Highly recommended.

Good quality and pleasure to work with Mack and his team at Battersea Bathrooms refurbished a small and awkward wet room in the loft for us. The workmanship of the wet room is excellet and Mack’s team were a pleasure to deal with. Outstanding bathroom refurbishment We used Mack for our bathroom refurbishment. The bathroom was in a really poor state, the whole floor had been damaged due to continuous leak. Mack did an amazing job, built a whole floor and then installed the bathroom. He kept us up to date throughout the process. He sent us lots of photos and videos. The bathroom now looks outstanding. The finish is beautiful. Really impressed and will be using again.

Responsive and reliable plumbers Mack contacted me after I posted about a couple of small plumbing jobs on a trade website. He was polite and efficient and was able to send me a plumber who had a Part P qualification for repairing an electric shower. We also had our blocked sink repaired. The work was done in good time for a reasonable price. I'd have confidence to use Battersea Bathrooms again in future as they show up and do the work reliably with a minimum of fuss.

Transformed my bathroom with a high end finish. Mack came to quote for a persistent leak I had in a rented bathroom in a docklands flatshare. Other tradesmen had done a patch job before but Mack suggested a complete waterproofing system and would give me a guarantee for the work. He took me to choose the tiles and suggested some bathroom design ideas like bespoke shelving. The finished bathroom was totally transformed and massively improved the look of the whole flat. It has withstood years of use and I've used him for other projects now. He stands by his guarantee and is extremely professional and reliable.

My tiled bathroom floor had partially collapsed due to a leak from the shower . They meticulously searched for matching tiles and carried out an excellent repair to the bathroom floor . They then resealed the shower . They were professional, polite and tidy during the work . I would not hesitate to use them again .
