I visited Baskin Robbins in Harrow today and wanted to compliment the wonderful lady that served myself and my 7year old son . Her name is Mahdu and she was so lovely to us, friendly, professional and warm. She explained what options my son would like and was just overall a lovely lady. I will definitely return I usually go to another local baskin robins nearer to our home but because of Madhu’s exemplary customer care I will be using g this beach from now on and recommending it to all of my sons friends parents too! She is a truly wonderful representative of this business- also the waffles and ice cream with hot fudge sauce was delicious! 😋

Visited today – 2 stars only because of the staff member.
The store was extremely busy and there was only one staff member working. I waited over 30–40 minutes, and she was managing everything on her own.
I really appreciate her service — she was calm, composed, and professional despite the pressure. She handled the situation very well, and the rating is only because of her effort.
However, this situation is completely unacceptable. Having just one person running a busy store is a serious safety concern and is unfair to both staff and customers.
I have already sent a formal complaint to the franchise regarding this issue, as this is a management failure, not a staff issue. This needs urgent attention.

Been coming here for a while with my son, the icecream is very good, always a wide range to choose from and the staff are extremely nice and polite. Madhu has made sure all our needs were met every time we came in and she always is very friendly towards my son

It’s a fun and family-friendly spot with good hygiene ratings. A couple of times I felt the portion sizes and service varied a bit, but overall a great place for dessert and definitely worth a visit!” 👍

I was given the right quantity of a scoop of Mango Tango ice cream but I said to the server it's a lot less quantity compare to another branch of BR that I visit. She added a thin sliver of ice cream on top of my pot and said, "she has given me 10g more than the allowed quantity". I said to her, "You have taken your schooling to the heart, don't get into business, that's not how business is conducted". Then I bought the same again, this time a 2nd server was at the counter. The 1st server was walking past me.... After having discovered she is from South India. I said to the first server, "The best nationals I have met in London are South Indians, except her". The 2nd server, with almost tears in her eyes, said to me you cannot say that about my teacher. Then the teacher started to ask her to stop confrontation with me, etc. Suffice it to say, I went in there to buy a scoop of ice cream, nearly walked out of there with a criminal record, as the confrontation could have got out of hand. The 1st server was very tight with the quantity. Never going in this shop ever again.
