On February 13, 2026, I placed an online order with Bare Necessities for several items. Based on their sizing guidelines, I ordered two bras. Unfortunately, these items did not fit. I have initiated two exchanges, and I have yet to receive the final merchandise. My package has been held at the warehouse for over a week. I have requested to cancel the order, but this request has been denied. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, I have not received adequate support. At this time, I am formally requesting a full refund.

Disappointed Ordered two sports bras and one bathing suit in what I know is my size. None of them fit. Bathing suit was final sale and it costs $6.95 to return the bras. Was really excited because the way those items were advertised, it looked like I would finally be able to have sports bras and a bathing suit that fit. Apparently not and to have to pay for returns was just the cherry on top. Waste of money.

Defective items with No return or exchange. Purchased a Miraclesuit swimsuit. Ordered my usual size 16. I didn't realize it said final sale in small print on the item. The swimsuit was over $100. This suit wouldn't fit a small child. That is why they wouldn't exchange it. It was a defective size. Customer Service was snotty. They also sent a free 'gift'. It was a size 2X night shirt. This too, wouldn't fit a small child. DO NOT Order from this company.

Terrible company to deal with. The quality of their advertised products is not up to the same standards as if you bought directly from a brand themselves. Also, they will cancel your order days in due to "low inventory" or gift card use etc. They try to gaslight that its normal for companys to cancel days into an order and they also try to convince you they gave you additional credit to use for the inconvenience. They didnt in this case and the time they did give me a gift cert for faulty RL merchandise , they canceled the order when I tried to use the gift cert. Stay away from this disaster. I filed a complaint with BBB after two bad experiences.

This company is the scammiest of them all. They use fraudulent sales and marketing scam tactics, to get sales online when your purchase items from them. You add the product quantity it tells you it required and it automatically adds the "free gifts". You don't manually add them or any codes. Great right? NOPE! Because what they do is ship your order then 2 days later send an email saying "by the way you didn't qualify for it, you didn't meet the dollar amount required for the free gifts". They don't give you an option to cancel knowing this. They send it anyways, which is fraud. The website never said to meet any dollar amount requirement. It only said 10 participating items of that category. Again, not dollar amount. So do not buy from these scammy people. They took advantage of many of us during the Black Friday/cyber Monday timeframe. The undergarments are cheap crap that you can buy on Temu or Amazon haul. Nothing special. They don't respond to emails or calls, they did once email saying they would escalate my concern to the appropriate department, then ghosted me. Refund please!!! I've already contacted BBB too and wrote this review on yelp, since yall wanna ignore me.

Dont purchase from this company. The bra didn’t fit so I wanted to return, you will have to pay for shipping when you order and when you return it. They take it out of your refund amount due which is double dipping and fair customer. I don’t do greedy businesses.

Ordered for year. Never any problems and great products. Then it happened, I didn't receive the package that said delivered. The customer service agents were amazing and got the items replaced for me. Thank you for being such a reliable company

Delivery Timeframe not met I placed an order for an item in a brand that I already own. I paid extra for expedited shipping. It did not fit. I put a review online and customer service responded with an automated AI response that was irrelevant and dismissive of my concerns. I asked for a manager and was told there wasn't one available. Waited 2 hours and no response. I placed a new order for 2 day shipping to receive Saturday - it will not arrive until Tuesday. Almost 1 week after my original delivery. $171 out of my pocket and I can wait until it's delivered and return it. They have my money and did not deliver my order on time.

First time purchasing from this company. They sent me a completely different bra than the one I ordered, not even close. Now I have to pay for return shipping. Update: after returning the bra, this company never refunded me! I had to open a dispute with my credit card company to get money back!

Changing the return policy was a terrible move This is a company that I have used frequently and consistently for 10 yrs. They recently pulled their return policy to 30days from the time of purchase even though it sometimes takes them days to pull and ship. I believe the return policy was 60 days prior and then it became 30. I think 30 days on a lingerie company is not realistic. I obviously have to try it on and I don't always have time to do that after work since I need to cook and eat and spend a little time with my family. It used to be that if it was over the date you couldn't get your money back they would issue you a credit to be used on future purchases. That was always fine with me because I ordered from them like every month or every other. Now it's not. They wouldn't do it and acted like they had done me a FAVOR by doing that before when it had ALWAYS been their policy. So being forced to hold onto lingerie I can't use is super frustrating. So beware: If you have been shopping with them for as long as I have? The policy has changed dramatically.

Horrible Rude Customer Service They input my billing and shipping address wrong. Product was delivered in another city. The girl was rude and blamed me! She refused to issue a refund. Horrible experience.

I will NEVER order from this company again! It was bad enough when they charged me for a bra that I ordered but never received, but taking way longer than 15 business days for a refund is unacceptable! The missing item was credited back so that was fine but I returned two packages back to them that they received on June 7th and I've had to chase them for my refunds. I finally received ONE refund a few days ago but I've had to yet again chase them for the other one. The response? They received the package on June 7th and that returns are processed within 15 business days of receipt. As of June 12th, it's been 24!

Christine provided incredible customer service and made me feel like I was the only customer that she needed to provide attention to that day. She was a wealth of knowledge and took time to understand what works and doesn’t work for me in a swimsuit. While buying a swimsuit from an Internet site can feel intimidating, Christine instilled confidence in me and made me feel comfortable about the decisions I made for the suits that I purchased. I highly recommend shopping with Bare Necessities primarily due to the amazing customer service I received. Thank you Christine!

Beware of Final Sale Items I ordered from this place before and have had great experience. It is difficult for me to find bra's in my size. The bra ordered was apparently a final sale item and was sized in UK, the conversion didn't occur as I was using my phone. Customer service refused to help and now I'm stuck with a bra that is way too big.

Been using the company since they had physical stores. Since being online customer service has been terrible and back orders taking months instead of weeks. Yesterday was the last straw. Called because was having trouble doing an exchange online. Was on hold for 30 minutes while being first in line the whole time. Was great to wait when called when they just opened but fine I waited. Brandi finally answered and immediately starts being rude. Someone walked into the room right when she connected to the call and shocked at her behavior. At that point I decided enough is enough with bare necessities and had her instead send me an air bill the return and refund. I don’t know if she spoke to someone prior to my call who was rude but after 30+ years. I’m done.
