Ein eindrucksvoller Club. Schön gestaltet und gute Stimmung. Leider dauerten die angekündigten Drag-Shows am Samstagabend ca. 2 mal 10 Minuten. So wenig Show hatten wir noch nie erlebt...
Unsere Erfahrung wurde durch die Unhöflichkeit der Kellner getrübt. Wir saßen zu zweit neben der Bühne an einen größeren Tisch. Als es voller wurde und unser Gast gerade ankam, sollten wir uns wonanders hinsetzen oder 500.000 COP bezahlen. Schade, hätte man früher sagen können. Vielleicht war der Club wegen dem Personal und der kurzen Show nicht voll. Die obere Etage war sehr schlecht besucht.
Am Ende bekommt man irgendeine Zahl genannt, eine Rechnung gibt es nicht. Zudem ist ein Cocktail mit ca. 50.000 COP und mehr recht teuer.
I went to bar Chiquita Friday night. 5/29/26 to end my birthday celebration. I ordered 1 mezcal with ginger beer.
The total was $82.000! ($22USD) For ONE beverage. I said “82,000?! For this??” they rudely assured me that it was accurate, but wouldn’t show me the receipt. I was stunned but I paid it. And I left shortly after feeling like I’ve been taken advantage of.
The only positive I can share is that the place looks pretty cool’s, and the dance floor was packed.
Overall, I’ll not be returning. This experience and service has left a bitter taste in my mouth.

El sitio es muy agradable, perfecto para ir con amigos o en familia y pasar un buen rato. El ambiente es bonito y acogedor.
La atención fue 10/10, todo el personal súper amable y atento en todo momento.
La comida estaba muy rica, se nota la calidad y el buen sabor de los platos. Sin duda, un lugar súper recomendable para volver.

This wasn’t my first time at Bar Chiquita, and I’ve honestly really enjoyed it in the past. Unfortunately, this visit left a bad taste in my mouth.
One of the most frustrating things as a foreigner in a new place is feeling like you might be taken advantage of, and tonight that happened. Even though there was a menu with prices, the bartender charged me $2 more than I had been charged for the same drink multiple times earlier that same night.
Two dollars is not a big amount, but it’s the principle. After paying the cover charge, buying drinks last night, and buying several drinks tonight, it felt like that still wasn’t enough.
When I pointed out the discrepancy and explained that I had been ordering the same drink all night, they argued with me instead of acknowledging it or offering to correct the charge.
My advice: point directly to the item you want on the menu and make sure they charge you the listed price. Otherwise, if they think you do not speak the language or won’t notice, they may try to charge you more.
Attached is a screenshot of the charges for my drinks. The one that shows 28 minutes ago was the charge for a spinoff and soda, which is the same thing I had ordered all night. The one below that was a Smirnoff and soda with a bottle of water for my friend, and the one before that was a Smirnoff and soda as well. As you can see, the difference was more than two dollars for no reason.

I absolutely love this bar. Everytime I come to Colombia with new friends, I introduce to them this bar. On the weekends the second floor is open and you can tell that they make the locals and foreigners feel welcome to their space. Especially Brian. Having to get to know him, he is very personable and I always feel protected when he's at the door. Plus he can reccomend you what's good around.

Es increíble el lugar, me ha encantado el diseño que tiene, la música, el ambiente, tiene ventiladores varios.
En cuanto al servicio me parece muy mal que cobren la propina sin siquiera preguntarte, pues atención directa no hay, tu tienes que ir a la barra y formarte. Al momento de pagar, te cobran así nomas, incluso me toco ver como el chico de barra del segundo piso, despúes de cobrar con tarjeta, saca en efectivo/billete de la caja, para ponersela en el recipiente de propinas, ahi entendí como hacen ellos funcionar eso. NECESITAN ENTENDER QUE LA PROPINA NO ES OBLIGATORIA, NACE DE UNO COMO CONSUMIDOR POR AGRADECER LA ATENCION, CALIDEZ, RESPETO, ETC ETC de quien te atiende.
