Bought an android Tv Box,supposedly the most powerful you can buy,and one of the most expensive-Big issues with the box,stuttering,voice lag,on every app ,film or tv show.Tried multiple Tvs and cables and changed every setting possible including resets and updates,still issues persist-Contacted customer service which dragged me out for weeks and now say nothing wrong with the box,contact software suppliers as not their problem
Total scam and couldnt care less.I have multiple similar boxes that work fine with the same apps and super fast ethernet I have
This is what you get when you buy from these sites like bangood,zero pathetic product support and just slamming the door in your face.I have reported them to local consumer affairs as well
