B&D Pest Control LTD Reviews

We have used this company on 2 different occasions, once for mice and then today for wasps. Both times we have had a great service, quick turnarounds, lots of knowledge and advice shared. Doesn’t try to rip you off and will give you honest advice and opinions and so far, it’s all been spot on. Highly recommend, thanks for your help.

I contacted B&D Pest Control because I was hearing noise in which sounds like the wall or the loft. It was like something is walking up the which scared me, so I called this company in a panic and spoke to Brian who is absolutely knowledgeable and calming. Due to the anxiety I was feeling I asked If he could come on the same day which he did, he is very professional, took his time, because of this I would definitely recommend him. The price is reasonable as well and he provides solutions to the issue.

Brian came as I was alarmed as I thought I had woodworm. Brian examined the area and reassured me that it was not woodworm and found the reason was plaster breakage. What a huge relief as I thought if it was it would cost a fortune to sort out. Brian was so professional and highly experienced and gave us advice and support. He only charged a minimal call out fee which was very generous of him. I would absolutely recommend him and have put his number in my phone so if we need him again we will definitely call of him.

Had a rat in the garden who seemed cute but then very quickly became a lot of rats which was definitely NOT cute .... The dog killed one then I thought I'd best get someone round. Brian was fantastic, super efficient, polite, sorted it in 2 visits and the dog adored him! I can give no higher praise .....

Brian came out to our house to help with a mouse problem. Was punctual, highly knowledgeable and offered a good value for money service. Quickly identified the problem and clearly explained what treatments he was recommending to eradicate the problem. Would use him again and highly recommend.

Great company! Knowledgable, friendly and makes the time to explain everything that is going on, where the problem is coming from and how it can be resolved. This is the second time i have used B & D Pest Control in the last few years (for 2 different separate pest issues), and each time Brian has made the time to see me as soon as possible, and put my mind at rest with his personable knowledge and reassurance. Found B and D pest control on google after hearing loud scratching in the house and spotting 2 rats in the garden. Brian came promptly, explained the process, said it may take 3 visits and what the cost would be. Brian was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Very pleased with the service and glad to support a local business.

Brian came to sort out a fly issue I had. He was able to come a day earlier than originally agreed and offered expect advice to resolve the issue. I had used B and D some years back and had no hesitation to call upon them again.
