Thank you Timothy for an amazing and fast service. Our hot water system stopped working and Timothy accommodated us right away so that we didn’t have to go without hot water for too long. He was prompt, very professional and did an amazing job. He even had our old hot water system removed for us. I would highly recommend Ballards plumbing and would not go anywhere else from now on.

I had the unfortunate luck of my hot water failing on New Years Day. I messaged through the website, and within half an hour, Tim had been in contact with me to arrange a time and a quote. He arrived promptly the very next (early) morning. Removed the old system and replaced with a brand new one. Very happy with the service received from Tim. Would definitely recommend his services.
