Payment via online link, baggage pickup and dropoff (20000 idr) at the airport worked reliably. Communication was very friendly and they sent us a picture of our luggage in the storage facility. Would definitely recommend the place!

Great experience, really responsive and secure. As their driver was fully booked for the day I needed, I used Gojek GoSend as per their recommendation to get my luggage delivered to the airport for my next flight. All very easy and quick.

I have to say this company is the best, storage place worldvide. They have superb customer service. Had some problems, and they helped me with absolutely everything.
