DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you want BHC to control your life via their Third Reich office management policies! First, Dr. Jose Rago is AMAZING. When he leaves BHC, I will certainly become a patient of his again. Second, the reason I immediately stopped going here is because of their front office and how they disrespect your time. Read on for the story. I am a BUSY medical doctor myself who has owned and operated medical clinics. I have NEVER come across office management that for some reason, keeps your upcoming appointment as an FBI TOP SECRET file so that you’re not allowed to schedule ahead of time. Then, close to your follow up, they will send you a secret text for your lab draw. And then, and only then, will they “allow” you to schedule with the doctor you’ve been seeing for the past year and a half. However, lo and behold, your doctor’s schedule is now completely filled. You have to wait for a cancellation. You cannot get an appointment as a paying patient who has been there for over a year. You go to the bottom of the list simple because they could NOT schedule you six months in advance so this exact scenario would NOT happen. The story’s still not over. When you tell them you were trying to schedule 6 months ago, they will ingratiate you with a “ONE TIME ONLY” telephone appointment when they can “fit” you in. How generous. They will not speak to you on the phone. They will force you to text all your problems. This scenario is exactly how great doctors destroy their practices with God-awful staff and management policies. So, my recommendation as long as Fay Lytle is still the supervisor at the Chandler clinic BHC, please, please, please go anywhere else to avoid yet another frustrating thing to manage, because the world is frustrating enough. My experience with naturopaths in Arizona has been nothing but positive. Here are a few recommendations: True Resilience with Dr. Van Driel in Chandler is FANTASTIC and so is his staff. I am now scheduled with Hope Natural Health and Dr. Ellis going forward. I look forward to a respectful and courteous experience. Good luck!!

Dr. Rago is very informative and easy to talk to. Gave me plenty of options and worked with me regarding my visit. Back office staff were great to work with too. Very happy to have found this office.

Amazing staff .

Dr. Rago was amazing!! He went into detail and explained every one of my labs. I’ve been doing hormone replacement for years. Not one has went into detail like he did. I like how I have many options not just the pellet. The last provider I went to liked one certain dose. Dr. Rago said we are all different, what works for someone might not work for you. We will be working on finding the right dose for me. I highly recommend Dr. Rago!!

Both my husband and I have been seeing Art for years, and he is the BEST. So caring, takes his time with us, and most importantly he is a wealth of knowledge. We both feel better since meeting him & he is the reason we are still patients at Balance (although all of the team has been awesome as well!).

The Chandler location- staff is nice and dedicated. The provider I saw was genuinely concerned and answered all my concerns! She was sweet and informative as well.

Art Kesh and his team are absolutely fantastic. The entire office treats you like family. Additionally, I am thrilled with my results and I will keep coming back. Thank you so much for the life changing results!!
