This place is a joke, it’s the Kmart of Hormone Treatment Centers, you have to book your appointments 2 months in advance, they don’t answer the phone, they get their Semaglutide from compound pharmacy shipped from across the US and it’s the worst quality, you have to take 2-3 times more than you should to be effective, but worst of all, they treat you like the DMV office, horrible customer service, God Forbid you have to cancel your appointment same day of your appointment, cha ching! They charge you $25, they act like that $25 keeps them in business! I rescheduled my appointment for Aug 22nd and they said “come down as a walk in so we can bridge your meds until your next appointment Aug 22nd” I also asked for a copy of all my medical records, so I went in to pick up meds the next business day and was brought into the exam room and told "Because you asked for your medical records" "you're no longer a patient here" we discharged you from our care and we will not be refilling your medication.” So they clearly retaliated against me for getting frustrated with them about the same day cancellation fee, My wife and I have spent thousands $$ here for Hormone Treatment to get treated poorly, I will gladly pay more at another provider to not have to deal with this establishment.
