Not only the quality of the bean and coffee, but the incredible customer service and interaction they provide. Balance really give a fantastic and unique user experience that doesn’t disappoint no matter the roast, grind or method. I cannot praise James and the team enough. Ordered my coffee online from here for the first time this week. You can smell it through the packaging as soon as it is delivered - tastes incredible and is clearly freshly roasted unlike most online. Will definitely be ordering my coffee through balance in the future, really impressed!
Bought a Sage Oracle Touch last month from Balance and couldn’t recommend them more.
I’ve been pestering them daily for information and help how to get the best from my machine and it’s never a problem.
I’ve been supplied with instructions, including videos they’ve made on how to use the machine.
Not to mention their coffee is sublime. I bought some taster packs from them and it’s some of the best coffee I’ve had in a very long time.
Delivery is always quick and like I mentioned, customer service is outstanding.
10/10 would definitely recommend.
