Baker was selected to correct a broken patio door lock identified by a home inspector as part of a home sale transaction. The Baker tech told the sellers agent that the lock was not broken but it worked in a different way and proceeded to show the agent a way to manually work around the malfunction charging them $85 for the advice.
As the buyer, I continued to work around the malfunctioning lock for over a month before finally contracting a "real" locksmith to look at it.
Turns out the lock was unfixable and I paid almost $340 to replace it.
This locksmith is dishonest - do not ever use them!!

If that is the case we would be more than happy to give you your money back. Our customers commend us on our work, honesty and professionalism (see our google reviews for our most recent and reliable feedback since yelp is not well used in the area) Please show proof of the replacement and provide proof you paid for a service call for our mobile service since we cant not locate this name in our system and your review is vague. It is a very simple process and we hope you allow us to make it right and remove this poor review that we do not believe we deserve
