Beware!!! I cant express enough how disappointed and what a terrible experience I had at this office. I called to set up a consultation regarding my divorce. Was asked by lawyer what my soon to be ex's name was. Appointment was set up for a week later. Upon arriving to my appointment after having to take PTO and rearrange my work schedule, I sat there filling out paperwork. Only to find out about 1/2 hour after sitting in the waiting area that the attorney could not see me because my soon to be ex had stopped into their office for a consult. Wondering why this wasn't caught until I arrived to this appointment as this is a conflict of interest . I am taking this as a sign, that this office is not a professional fit for my divorce needs. I would not recommend to anyone. Divorce is stressful enough and this was just unnecessary.

All the cliches that we hear about divorce certainly applied to me. When I entered the office of Bailey & Terranova I was still reeling from my husband’s request for a divorce. After 48 years of marriage, 4 children, and 2 grandchildren I never expected this – especially without the benefit of marriage counseling since my husband is a marriage counselor! Ashley greeted me with warmth and support, and I immediately felt that I had walked through the right doors! My first impression proved to be true. Amy Bailey not only has extensive legal expertise, she also has a strong work ethic and a compassionate nature. Even though my children are adults, Amy worked with me to make sure that the impact on them could be less traumatic. After the meeting with the judge, Amy and I shook hands and I thought we had completed our legal tasks. However, I continued to need her legal services after the lawyer of my former spouse threatened to take me to court for not transferring half the tax refund from our joint return to my ex-husband. Amy responded calmly and matter-of-factly to each of those emails notifying them that I had not received the refunds yet. Her communications helped keep the situation from escalating while firmly making her point. When eventually we learned that the tax refund had been deposited weeks before into my ex-husband’s business bank account, Amy composed a polite and succinct email requesting that he transfer half the tax refund to me! Amy and her legal assistant, Karyn, respond promptly and with thorough messages. If you are looking for someone who will walk the extra mile with you then I strongly recommend Amy Bailey.

I felt completely supported throughout the entire process by the team of Sherri, Robyn and Ashley. They met my concerns with exactly the combination of humor and professionalism that I needed to get through my situation. I do not recommend divorce but if you’re going through it, I whole heartedly endorse these ladies to guide you through.

Couldn't even get 50/50 legal custody. Waste of money and time. Patrick was so confident the other party wasn not going to get a lawyer and we had it "in the bag" but las minute they lawyered up as well and everything prepared went to the can and i had to fold with no moves and Patrick stared "i couldn't afford to go to court for 50/50"

Four years prior to our firm's representation, Mr. Bentley signed a Consent Order giving the other party sole legal custody. We zealously advocated for Mr. Bentley, just as we do for all of our clients.

My family had the same experience VERY unprepared, unmotivated, the day of my case he had the paper work wrong, did not seem to care for my time/case.My case was throw out due to there negligence and was still charged extra. And the receptionist messed up mailing addresses, all around unprofessional. Would not recommend for family court.
