Bad Business Etiquette My son saved up for a year to buy his first computer. He bought an Acer through back market and within weeks had extreme issues, It would overheat, shut off randomly, and displayed numerous other technical difficulties. We were able to return the computer and received a refund because they could not fix or replace it. Then he bought an HP Elitebook with his refund, same thing… Computer was in “fair condition”, so it came with dents and scratches…but within a few weeks, the sound stopped working, the buttons on the keyboard were sticking, it would overheat and shut down sporadically. We contacted bank market about their warranty and they refused to fix it saying that because of the dents we must have dropped it. Their customer service takes days, sometimes even a week, to respond. They eluded all responsibility and placed the blame on us as the customers. Bad business. Their customer service reps are cheeky & “nice” when they do respond but they do nothing to stand by the quality of their products and display evasive behavior when it comes to integrity. Do yourself a favor, do NOT purchase anything from their company.

funds recovered Avant Market is %100 scam, my husband and i were heavily scammed by trading with the so called Avant market scam broker, but fortunately for us we were able to get help to recover our money back through a good recovery agent, robertsonmoreau@gmail.com feel free to contact him if you need help with recovering your stolen money or assets. I feel like am the happiest person for getting our money back, do not invest with a wrong broker it sucks.

Estafa Mi hija compró un iPhone 13 color gold estado excelente, sin embargo llegó blanco y dañado el cristal de la cámara, inmediatamente pedimos devolver y back market ofreció un descuento, no aceptamos exigimos devolución, efectivamente el artículo fué entregado en UPS el recibo de envío dice claramente peso del paquete 1 lbr, luego confirman la recepción y a más de 24 horas dicen que el vendedor ha recibido el paquete vacío y ahora se niegan a devolver el dinero. Son unos ESTAFADORES no caiga en eso.

Muy mala experiencia Me han tenido que cambiar el dispositivo 2 veces por fallos de reacondicionamiento, a la 2 vez que lo envío por polvo en la camara frontal (por supuesto en perfecto estado exterior) les llega rota la parte exterior trasera (o la rompen, no lo sé) y no se hacen ni me devuelven absolutamente nada (les envié fotos del movil antes de enviarlo). Habiendo pagdo un seguro de rotura, me habira costado bien poco enviarlo al seguro directamente en vez de a ellos. Dinero y tiempo perdido. No lo recomiendo para nada y no volveré a comprar aquí absolutamente nada.

Do Not Buy I developed a small green dot on the phone front screen a few weeks after receiving the phone. The green dot is growing so I decided to contact Back Market. After a few conversations back and forth they stated the phone was dropped and they would not cover the replacement. My phone was never dropped and has no physical damage to it. The screen is perfect except for the growing green dot. How can Back Market say it damaged by dropping without seeing it? I even sent them pictures showing the phone has no damage. This BS and just their way out of replacing the phone. At least they should of had me ship the phone back for inspection. DO NOT BUY FROM BACK MARKET. They do not stand behind what they sell....

DON'T DO IT! I held back from posting this review because I wanted to give them a chance to fix things BUT…. Now I must give you guys the Real story. Where do I begin.. I bought this Mac strictly for Djing & it worked good for about 4 months. Then the problems started to show up. First.. It came with blown speakers! I figured no biggie because I could hook up my speaker to the headphone jack to hear things. Second… the screen may be the cheapest aftermarket screen they could find :-D Seems to be made of super cheap plastic. (I posted the pics) My 2012 MacBook screen is still way better; and I’ve used it every weekend since 2012 to DJ. I’ll attach the pics below so you can see for yourself. I can’t even completely clean it it’s so cheap…smh. Third…The camera on the computer doesn’t work. Still was no biggie for me because I could, at least, DJ with it at the time. THEN……The battery went completely out! Now, I can’t even use the computer now without the power cord AND it has now affected the computers performance to the point that, even w/ the power cord in, I can’t use it to DJ anymore! Crazy!!! On top of that, the bottom side of a Mac is supposed to have ID numbers on it…mine had none. How could you even send this out!? (Pic attached) The repair shop was asking ME did I know the number :( Now, on to chapter 2!!! I remembered I bought the “warranty” (joke) & they first told me to take it to a local repair shop in my town. They then informed me that they couldn’t fix it & that I would have to send it to Amazon? to have it fixed? I called customer service back & they said the same thing but .. when the return box arrived at my house, it was addressed to Back-market in New York!? Wth! So….I then reluctantly agreed to send it back to Backmarket for repair. I backed everything up, removed & signed out of all private info before sending. After 8 days, I got it back & THEY HAVEN’T FIXED A DAMN THING!!! (I will also attached the receipt that they sent me) My biggest reason for posting this review is to save you guys from the headaches & the lies. I gave them plenty of opportunity to fix these issue right!? Terrible way for a company to handle business. I’d be embarrassed if I worked at or owned this company. I bought plenty of second-hand things from Reverb.com, Sweetwater.com, Sam Ash & Guitar Center…NEVER had half the problems this purchase has given me. They sold a BOOTLEG :-D Do yourself a favor….save your money for another, stand-up, appreciative company & don’t fall for the SCAM :) I knew it wouldn’t be perfect but Damn… smh. Now I see why there’s no contact number on their site AND there are NO GOOGLE REVIEWS and you can’t post a review in the GOOGLE PLAY STORE either…wonder why not? Shouldn’t they have a “post review” button somewhere? Anyway, on to a few other sites to post.

Horrible experience If I had to write a book detailing my experience with this company in buying a refurbished iPhone 11 128gb it would be on the shelf titled NON-FICTION under the genre of HORROR. I paid a three figure sum for a refurbished iPhone that has not been delivered by the company DHL who are just as bad. The price charged to my credit card being more than the price advertised for the refurbished iPhone 11 which is another rip off. The item was to be delivered on 19 September then it was the 20th followed by 21st September 2022. Then it was the 22nd September 2022. Now it’s the 28th September 2022 and still no iPhone 11 or a FULL refund without deductions. Irritated at having to wait at home for over a week so far and cancelling appointments too into the bargain to wait for the non delivery, I cancelled the purchase but was informed that it had been dispatched and this is where the horror starts. I am being given no approximate time slot just that delivery would be on these days from 8am to 6pm which is appallingly poor service from both Back Market and DHL. I forgot to mention the seller is not Back Market they just punt on the sale to a third party BEST4TECH. The last straw is that should the item arrive and I’m not there, I will be sent a return address label which I print off myself PLUS I PAY an extra £10 for the privilege of printing off this return label! Furthermore I MUST PAY the entire cost of returning the phone IF it turns up should I refuse delivery or it’s faulty. I have to take a photo of the package from ALL angles plus photo of the delivery driver if I’m there to refuse delivery. To compound the dreadful service and be eligible to claim my partial refund (NOT a full refund once all the extra deductions are factored in) I have to send Back Market a copy of my photo ID such as my passport or driving licence. I am refusing to send them a copy of my passport or driving licence as that facilitates identity theft or identity fraud despite being pestered daily to provide this photo ID to get my refund. Along with the photo ID I have to print off yet another form and fill it with various other information within 5 days to help with their investigation. Not an easy process at all and open to fraudulent abuse. Despite being called from France and from several locations within in the U.K. I have refused to provide this intrusive photo ID of my driving license or passport as I do not want to be the victim of identity theft further down the line. Here is todays response from BEST4TECH “Thank you for your message! I definitely understand your concern. However, for rapid thorough support, I would like you to kindly file the certificate of non-reception as proof of not receiving the order. This document will also help you to receive a reshipment in 24 working hours or a refund. Unable to do the following and also provide your ID, we can not do much on this. I wish you a pleasant day, Williams from BEST4TECH quality team” Having had enough of this nonsense I ordered a refurbished iPhone directly from the online Apple store which arrived the next day. It has a new Apple battery , new Apple case, new Apple screen. It is like a new iPhone at a fraction of the original price with ALL GENUINE Apple parts unlike those from Back Market and BEST4TECH. The refurbished iPhone is absolutely pristine in an apple box and surprisingly cheaper than from Back Market for a phone in its excellent category. The service from the online Apple store has been second to none and I was given a one hour time slot for delivery which was accurate too, unlike the dreadful service from DHL who think customers have nothing better to do but wait at home all day waiting for a non existent delivery. Tired of all the excuses from Back Market I have since opened up a credit card dispute by calling the bank that provided my credit card. The dispute has been opened to get ALL my money returned to me without deductions and all the other nonsense from Back Market. AVOID…..go to a more professional company like Apple who know what they are doing.
