Visited on Saturday as 1st time parents to purchase a pram. Was shown the ropes by Ally, who was extremely helpful, honest & welcoming. Not only did we leave with a pram, but half of our shopping list for the baby. Great customer service from all of the staff, highly recommend this independent business.

Babycare have helped us at every stage of our parenting journey from pre birth and helping us choose our travel system - the Silver Cross Brompton Pioneer, to a lightweight pushchair for Nanna - the Silver Cross Avia to most recently not one but 2 new next size car seats - the Silver Cross Balance for both our own and Nanna's cars. Our son is delighted with his new "big boy" seats as we have all been with each and every one of your products. Your customer service is truly second to none and your help, support, knowledge on the products is extremely reassuring in what can be an overwhelming experience as first time parents. Went to baby care today and the girls were lovely , we came home with the vennici travel system x was quoted £800 somewhere else that wasn’t including the car seat and got the full travel system for £600 from baby care x would definitely recommend ? xxx

Myself and my mother went on Thursday to have a look at prams. After a uneventful and underwhelming pram experience at John Lewis the day before I was very sceptical and unsure that somewhere else would be able to help. I was left to feel that my perfect pram didn’t exist. I was very wrong and not only was amazed as to the choice of prams but that they had all the best sellers in the market. The service we received was wonderful and the team are so incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to suggest a few prams that ticked my boxes and I finally found what I was looking for in the Bugaboo Lynx system. Not only did we buy the pram but a fair few other items as well. I most certainly will be back to get a few more bits later on and couldn’t recommend this shop highly enough, especially for a slightly clueless first time parent!

I needed a replacement clip (one that allows you to attach a nappy bag to the pram) for my 2017 Silvercross pram. I contacted Silvercross directly, who put me in contact with Babycare. Amazing service by Claire, at what is a very busy time for them. Great effort gone to in order to help me get the right clip, which, in the grand scheme of sales, is a tiny value. It’s meant that I can reuse the pram and bag in the same way I did for my first baby, and in the way it’s designed to be used, which I’m so pleased about. Thank you for your time, if I could give you 6 stars I would!

Could not be happier with the service and advice I have received from Claire. She answered all my questions and helped me choose between the two prams I liked. All done via email as unable to visit shop due to lockdown (gutted)! Will definitely be back when i can.... I was offered delivery or click & collect...went to collect because I couldn’t wait. Claire had built the pram and showed me how it worked when I arrived. Would DEFINITELY recommend. Annoyed I didn’t know about this place earlier. ??

I wanted a mamas and papas strada for my little one and I messaged the store via Instagram to see if they had any in. They did - an ex demo for an amazing price! The zoom call showed me how it all worked - this was brilliant my 2 year old also got involved. Delivery was next day. I honestly can’t fault them, if you want quick honest and great service use these guys ! X

We bought our car seat here 7 months ago. Yesterday it got jammed, I tried to sort it and couldn’t so rang Babycare for some advise. Claire was amazing and said we will be there in 10 mins! She came and sorted it free of charge and even brought a spare seat incase ours had fully broken. Absolutely amazing service, would 100% recommend to anyone. Thankyou again so much Claire x

We wanted to buy our son and partner a pram in lock down so they could get sorted for their second son. They picked which pram they wanted but wasn't sure on the colour as it was new out and they had never seen one. We ordered a blue silver cross wayfarer it came in just over a week. We spoke to Claire who was vary good with information and sent us loads of photos so we could see the colour and told us if we wasn't happy with the colour or the pram could send it back.
