AWFUL!
This company is IMPOSSIBLE! I paid nearly $30 for expedited shipping. The dress arrived and was WAY too small, even by following the Babyboo size chart. In order to return, you must order another item. There are no refunds only credit. There is also a $20 restocking fee. This company is a SCAM. I would urge everyone to read all reviews, not the paid for reviews.

COMPLETE NIGHTMARE
I am giving one star because I can't give zero. Dealing with this store has been a complete nightmare. They took two months to deliver and item came with &50 import fees. Sent it back as It took too long and missed the dates I needed it for. Company took another two months to issue store credit (which is the only refund option). I don't need this type of refund since I don't want to even hear of this store. So, unless you live in Australia, don't bother with this store

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order on July 2nd, a full month before my summer vacation. The website promised delivery in 5-8 days. After two weeks of no update, I emailed them and received a dismissive response, telling me to wait patiently. I continued to email them, explaining that I'd be away for a month and really needed the items for my vacation. By August 2nd, I requested to cancel the order, as I wouldn't be able to receive it.
When I returned from vacation on August 28th, there was no package and no refund. After sending another 10 emails, I kept receiving ridiculous replies, making it seem like it was my fault. They've essentially held my money hostage due to their incompetence. STAY AWAY from this company! Even AliExpress has better customer service.

BE AWARE OF SCAMMERS!
I purchased a dress last week only to receive what's worse than temu quality. Completely wrong sizing for a dress that's over £100 ? I genuinely feel for people that just accept store credit. They legally need to issue refunds I don't know what world they live in but I will take it further. They charged me £9 to return to a location within the UK but claim it's from Australia. Designed in Australia but definitely made in China the item had that awful cheap smell and materials were so cheap. I simply explained I needed a refund as I can't shop with them but they refused now i will be in contact with the ombudsman which I also advise everyone else to. In what world is refund illegal? They are not above the law and don't allow refunds as they know everyone will want to as such horrible quality. No customer service what so all! I tried to contact them first didn't work so now time to take legal action.

I recieved my $100 dress that I ordered for my birthday and the biggest issue they are refusing to address is the straps on the dress are not long enough to tie the dress up. I mean you CAN NOT tie the dress up. They are refusing to refund saying because of change of mind. I told them it's NOT a change of mind, I CANT TIE THE DRESS UP! again they keep telling me to read their policy online. I even sent them photos.
The dress fits, so it's not a size issue.
Furthermore, like others have said, it's very poor quality, nothing how it appears in photos. It feels like a $5 dress not $100 dress.
POOR QUALITY - NO REFUNDS
Horrible business, DON'T buy from here. I've had to threaten legal action because they continue to deny me a refund for a dress that had holes in it. Their good reviews seem so fake, and their pictures are photoshopped since the dresses look NOTHING like the pictures. I would be surprised if this business lasts another year being this scummy.

I ordered the "Jocelyn Maxi Dress" and the item that arrived doesn't match the image that they offer online.
The material is like the one used for costumes... and that ruffle? That doesn't appear in the image and just ruins everything even more
I tried to process a refund but they do not give you any kind of support, they do not support you sending you a label NOR ANYTHING! The return is on YOU and if there's no shipping method in your country to go to AUSTRALIA, DO NOT EVEN TRY BUYING HERE!
YOU WILL JUST END UP WITH AN UGLY DRESS AND NO MONEY!

POOR QUALITY + Declined refund though within the right timeframe
I ordered two dresses for my elopement day from this company. Not only did the dresses arrive extremely late, but the material was also of very poor quality. I requested a refund within the appropriate timeframe, but the company insists that I am only entitled to store credits, which I of course do not want to use due to very poor quality items. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid shopping here.
Thankfully, House of CB and Club L London saved the day for my elopement with their high-quality products and excellent service. I will definitely be escalating this issue further as this is no way to treat customers.
If I could give ZERO stars I would - this has been going on since MAY.
Unsanitary and ignored by customer service
Severely disappointed and grossed out with the dress I ordered for my engagement party.
The dress quality was not as it seemed to be in the photo, there were seams coming loose within the corset part of the dress (inside)
But upon trying to zip it up, I noticed a little red/brown stain where someone would have likely pinched their skin and bled as they previously tried on the dress. There was a blood stain inside the dress and outside the dress.
Images and a email was sent the same day I received the parcel. They thanked me for reaching out and asked for 1-2 business days to investigate. 7 BUSINESS days later and I haven’t heard back, and have had 5 of my emails ignored now. I can’t afford a new dress until I get my refund for this dress. My first ever order from babyboo, and will be my LAST!!!

Terrible company
They shipped my order fast but it didn't fit so I returned it. They were quick to send me a return label then nothing happened. I tracked the package for return to make sure it got there within the 30 day window which it did. Well, it has been almost 2 months and they have not responded to any of my emails or request for a refund voucher. Don't buy from them. They will scam you!

Horrible material
I’ve purchased 3 different dresses by them all damaged and faulty after 15 minutes in them. The best they could offer me is 30% off my next purchase which will not be happening very bad in sizing as well as it all runs very smalls not too mention Ali express and other sights offer same outfits for $30 with the same material. Rip off and horrible highly do not recommend it’s a waste of money.

Seit einem halben Jahr warte ich bereits auf mein Kleid… Es sollte ursprünglich an Silvester ankommen, allerdings konnte es nicht zugesendet werden. Ich hab daraufhin mein Geld zurückverlangt, da ich das Kleid nur für den Anlass haben wollte.. Hätte ich ja nicht wissen können, dass nach 2 Monaten warten, das Kleid plötzlich doch nicht verschickt werden kann.
Als sie mir MEIN GELD nicht zurückgeben wollten, bekam ich als Entschädigung( 2 Monate später) einen Gutschein im Wert von 130€. Sobald ich allerdings den Gutscheincode eingegeben hab, war dieser plötzlich nur noch im Wert von 80€. !?! Wie kann das sein???
Als abschließende Krönung werde ich seit einem Monat ignoriert.
