Pessimo servizio Mancanza di professionalità e trasparenza. PESSIMO servizio. Contratto capestro. Servizio al cliente inestente. L'addetto alla consegna, a seguito della ns segnalazione sulla spia relariva alla pressione delle gomme, ha detto di non preoccuparsi, che era dovuto alla temperatura . Poi ovviamente non è stato cosi. Problema emerso a 100 km dall'areoporto. Il rotino in dotazione è garantito x 50 km. Quindi riparazione a carico dell'utente. DOPO 2 SETTIMANE ADDEBITO X LA SOSTITUZIONE DI 2 GOMME SENZA NEANCHE AVVERTIRE L'UTENTE. A seguito della richiesta di chiarimenti la risposta dell'azienda è stata, in sintesi, leggiti il contratto, problema tuo. L'ERRORE? fidarsi dell'addetto alla consegna che in ogni caso rappresenta l'azienda. A voler pensar male, viene il sospetto che sia una strategia per cambiare le gomme a carico deo clienti

ESPERIENZA PESSIMA ALLA RESTITUZIONE DELL'AUTO Siamo rimasti molto delusi dal servizio ricevuto al momento della riconsegna dell'auto. Dopo dieci giorni di vacanza al mare, è naturale che l'interno della vettura avesse un po' di sabbia. Il dipendente che ha gestito il ritiro ha definito le condizioni dell'auto "indecenti" e, quando ho provato a spiegare, ha iniziato ad alzare la voce, quasi urlando. La situazione è stata particolarmente sgradevole perché mia moglie e nostro figlio piccolo erano presenti e il bambino si è visibilmente spaventato. Nonostante mia moglie si fosse subito messa a pulire i sedili e i tappetini per rimuovere la sabbia, ci siamo visti addebitare la somma assurda di 55 euro per il lavaggio. È inaccettabile, specialmente considerando che, al momento del ritiro, l'auto ci era stata consegnata con il parabrezza talmente sporco da risultare opaco. Invece di mostrare professionalità, il dipendente ci ha trattato in modo maleducato, invitandoci ironicamente ad andare a Ibiza l'anno prossimo. Un comportamento del genere è inqualificabile e ha rovinato la nostra esperienza. Richiediamo un contatto con un responsabile per discutere di questa situazione e del rimborso dell'addebito ingiustificato.

Addebito ingiusto di €575 per una “chiave manuale mancante” Ho noleggiato un’auto per 2 settimane e tutto sembrava a posto fino a quando, alla riconsegna, la società mi ha addebitato €575 sostenendo che mancasse la “chiave manuale”. Non ho mai perso alcuna chiave: la verità è che la chiave manuale non era presente fin dall’inizio. Dal momento che l’auto aveva la chiave elettronica con avviamento start/stop, non avevo alcun motivo di pensare a una chiave manuale. Hanno approfittato del fatto che non avessi fatto foto al ritiro per dimostrare che non fosse presente. Sembra una vera e propria trappola, e mi sono ritrovato con un addebito ingiusto e molto salato. 🚨 Consiglio ai futuri clienti: quando ritirate l’auto, non limitatevi a controllare la chiave elettronica. Chiedete sempre di vedere anche la chiave manuale e fate una foto. Con le auto moderne è facile dimenticarsene, ma questa società ha usato la situazione contro di me. 👉 Nel complesso, è stata una delle peggiori esperienze di noleggio che abbia mai avuto. Sconsiglio vivamente questa compagnia: ci sono molte altre agenzie molto più corrette e affidabili.

Shameful Very bad service; more than an hour to take the car and double to leave... They pressed us to make an speciall insurance, very expensive, but we refused because we had another one. When we delivered the car they invented things to keep our money. We have photos from the first day and the last to demostrate that they are trying to cheat us.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS RENTAL PLACE! Go with a competitor instead — you definitely won't regret it, because no one is worse than them! Reason: Even though I returned the car in the same condition as when I rented it, they claimed there was damage (a forced lock) which was clearly already there before I used the vehicle. The car was already full of issues like damage, dents, scratches, etc. Result: I had to pay for damage that was already there (hundreds of euros). You decide what kind of people behave like that...

Total Scammers -- Worst Car Rental Experience Ever It was a horrible experience. When I arrived at the pick-up counter, I was informed that the car was no longer available, because I arrived more than 2 hours after the planned pick-up time. While it was true that there was a delay on the flight, I certainly wasn't 2 hours late. Also, I communicated the flight number when I made my booking, so the rental agency could have known about the delay. But that was only the start. The person at the desk told me that she could "arrange" things if I took a new rental, with a full coverage insurance (I still don't understand why this was relevant). So here I was, forced to accept an insurance that costed me almost as much as the total rental, which I had already paid. On top of that, I had already purchased a full coverage insurance from Rental Cars (which was about five times cheaper). On to the next horror-scene. The person behind the counter informed that she could not accept my driver's license. I have a perfectly valid, Belgian driver's license, which is on paper. The Belgian authorities are in the process of gradually replacing these paper driver's licenses by smart card versions, but in the mean time, the paper versions are perfectly valid in the European Union UNTIL 2033. The person wouldn't budge however, so we had to register my wife as driver. This I consider as a major breach of contract, because I was not informed of this at the time of booking the car and if we would have known, we probably would have booked a different type of holiday, because my wife hates to drive. However, since this was not communicated we were forced to accept the situation, based on false statements made by the B-Rent staff. Finally, the car was not up to standards. It was supposed to be Volkswagen Polo or equivalent, but it was a Toyota Yaris, which I consider to be a level below. The car was dirty, and all four tires need inflating.

WORST CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!! TO ABSOLUTELY AVOID. This agency is looking for every means to steal from you, big crooks. We returned the car as clean as it was initially and they still charged us 15 euros for cleaning costs. Initially they told us that they did not accept credit cards to push us to pay triple the initial amount through their insurance. From the start, they had a terrible attitude and lacked respect for us. This is unacceptable, I have never seen so much dishonesty and this type of behavior. This was the WORST car rental EXPERIENCE I have ever had. I'm used to renting cars in Italy but this is the first time I've had to deal with so much unprofessionalism and theft.

WORST customer service EVER! My friend (who booked the rental and main driver) doesn't own a credit card, and they wouldn't accept mine instead, and to pay with debot card they asked for double of entire rental cost! So we called the booking agendy so amend the booking, they couldn't make changes in the system as pick up time has passed ( plane was 2h delayed) so they asked B rent accept manual modification - of they course they wouldn't either. WORST customer service EVER! we ended up makinga whole new booking elsewhere (of course had to pay extra)

Avoid at all costs Avoid this car rental. They are scammers. They give me the car with half tank of fuel and I returned the car on late hours, with only a little below half. The bloody bastards charged me with the full tank. Don't go with their apparent "cheap" price. It's just a trick and unfortunately I fell for it

RUN, DON'T BOOK!! Reserved a car for my son to pick up at VCE. Flight arrived late, he was at the B Rent counter approximately 25 minutes after the pre arranged pick up time and they had already given out his car. This company is a joke, will NEVER use again and will NEVER recommend!!

B-rent Catania Airport Terrible experience, Catania airport boot of B-rent. Lady working there should not work with customers, very rood, not helpful, I was asked to provide an international driving liscence, even though I had a valid biometric drivers license issued by Ministry of Interior of Montenegro. All the other car rentals, next to this one didn’t ask for it. Thankfully I went through booking for car rental and when I explained them unpleasant situation I had, booking reimbursed me fully. Still, I had to take a taxi to get from airport to my accommodation in Catania, since all other car rentals had some pricy last minute offers at the airport, and at the end I ranted that night a car in town.

Alghero airport Car was rent in Alghero Airport. We bought the car and insurance through doyouitaly. Upon arrival the lady at the counter convinced us that we need their insurance otherwise we will have a problem. We refused. So we were told to inspect the car and take pictures and that we would be charged 15e to clean the car if it was not in the same condition. The amount of 850e was blocked on our credit card. The car already had some small scratches but otherwise it was in excellent condition. I cleaned the car and washed it in the car wash before returning. The lady who walked the car with me said that everything was fine and the money was unblocked next day.

imbroglioni per un graffietto, non provocato da me e ne sonoo certo al 100 x 100, mi hanno addebitato 65 euro, cmq sto dicendo a tutte le persone di non fidarsi della B rente, peccate di professionalita, e rappresentati a catania di impiegati scorbutici e maleducati

B-RENT BE VERY CAREFUL I have rented cars all over the world without problems but yesterday at B-Rent Cagliari Airport I had the worst experience of my life. At the counter there was a rude, arrogant boy, full of earrings (clearly gay), who in the end didn't want to give me the car when I had an important work appointment to get to... fortunately Italy Rent always at the airport told me he got a car in 10 minutes. Really stay away from B-Rent, they should send them to jail for their service.

Никогда не берите авто в этой компании! Milan Malpensa T1 - расположение парковки неудобное, оформление заняло около 2 часов. Выдали авто с неработающим правым зеркалом, которое постоянно вываливалось из корпуса. Проверяйте внимательно авто и указывайте даже самые мелкие царапины и сколы, т.к. при возврате цепляются ко всему (за царапину в 1 см на нижней части бампера взяли 250 евро). Также требуют оплату за мойку при возврате, что не было в правилах. Работа с ними вызвала один негатив.

Hands off - bad experience We werde in Sardegna, had a flat tyre and no help from B-Rent. Tried to call all the numers - 30 times - no answer, no call, no answer on e-mails. Never againt!
     
Estafa alquiler con B-rent Habíamos alquilado un coche con b_rent desde España. Al llegar al aeropuerto de alghero, la persona de atención al cliente te dice que con eses seguro, el premium, no te cubre nada, ni siquiera la asistencia en carretera. Te explican que mejor coger el suyo, pagar 90€ de fianza en lugar de 750€ y sumar al precio que ya pagamos 200€ más para tener cobertura. Lo peor, además del engaño de que en la isla te roban o te dañan el coche, es que, cuando devuelves el coche, nadie revisa el estado dela entrega, tampoco devuelven in situ la fianza, y una cola de 10 cliente, ya que sólo hay una persona atendiendo y dan prioridad a los que llegan. Una hora para coger el coche y una hora para devolverlo. Por favor, es una estafa. No alquilar nada con este proveedor
