We recently did the quad biking and the whale watching with ANC and we thoroughly enjoyed both activities. Although we didn't see whales the day we went, we say pods upon pods of dolphins that were very eager to see us. We all agreed that both activities were really enjoyable and worth the money. There were some fantastic views on our quad biking trip. Thanks :)

Fiz o tour de 2 dias pela Ilha de S. Miguel e adorei. Todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos, especialmente as meninas do balcão, os guias (Sr. Filipe e Sr. Rúben) e o motorista (Sr. António). Tudo bem organizado, desde a recolha no hotel até ao regresso ao mesmo, passando pelas atividades programadas para cada dia. Destaco o profissionalismo, o acompanhamento, as excelentes explicações, a amabilidade, a disponibilidade e a cortesia dos dois guias. Para além disso, o Sr. Rúben, sempre muito divertido e bem-humorado, deixou a sua marca. Recomendo a empresa ANC. Armindo Mesquita

Fantástico, el mejor!!, Rubén, el guia que nos acompañó el lunes y hoy, miércoles, a dos dias por las Azores. Altamente recomendable!!

Hemos hecho la excursion de dos dias para visitar la isla y ha sido genial, todo segun lo previsto o incluso mejor , gracias al guia Ruben que sin duda, el mejor, compartir los dos dias con el, ha sido todo un lujo. Gracias Ruben.

Not good. We rented a car from here for two days while in Ponta Delgada. We were told we had to wait for a shuttle to bring us to where the cars are kept. No problem, and understandable. We were told it’d be about 15mins because they were coming from the airport. Well, after about 45mins we asked what was going on. They said sorry, just a few more minutes. I then see who I believed to be the shuttle driver walk away with another group of people. I didn’t really think too much of it though. Then after a few more minutes, another employee comes and tells us to follow her. We then proceed to be guided across the street and we wait. After a few minutes the same people I saw that had left, were coming back to pick my partner and I up. I can only think we were completely forgotten about. We then drive about 15mins into the beautiful countryside to where the vehicles are kept. After being shown our Captur, I took lots of pictures, and a few videos. Well, thank the gods I did. When we returned the car, they went over it with a fine tooth comb. There were some white flecks on the mud guard of one tire. They tried saying we drove over wet paint. I basically laughed and asked if he’d like to see the pictures I took when getting the car. As soon as he saw it, he just said, “ok”. Then their wifi was down or something , so they were hand writing the deposit confirmation return. I said it was fine, as long as I could take a picture of everything, to which they agreed. We were then shuttled back into town. The deposit was returned without issue a few days later. I would never rent a vehicle from here again, nor would I ever recommend them.

A pesar de que el día empezó con niebla y lluvia, nuestro guía Rubén hizo todo lo posible para que la experiencia fuese fantástica adaptando la ruta a las condiciones. Estuvimos en lugares con historia, sitios interesantes, con curiosidades y peculiaridades, vistas preciosas y caminos espectaculares donde disfrutamos como niños el buggy. Rubén se adaptó a nuestro ritmo a la hora de conducir ya que nosotros sabíamos conducir este tipo de vehículos. Fuimos sólo dos personas y nos dejaron un buggy de 4 plazas, con uso pero funcionando a las mil maravillas además, no fue un paseo lento y aburrido, para nada. Merece totalmente la pena.

O nosso guía desta tour Sr.Ruben foi uma pessoa muito divertida/amigavel e recomendo muito virem fazer uma tour com esta companhia.

Espectacular!🙈 La excursión en quad a las Siete Ciudades fue una experiencia excepcional. Las vistas panorámicas son impresionantes, los quad están en perfectas condiciones y la ruta es emocionante. Lo que realmente destacó fue la amabilidad y simpatía de Felipe, quien no solo nos brindó un recorrido informativo, sino que también nos hizo sentir bienvenidos y cómodos durante toda la aventura. Gracias Felipe!☺️En resumen, una experiencia verdaderamente encantadora que recomendaría a cualquiera que le guste la adrenalina y la naturaleza.💯🔝

We took 2 full day tours. One to Furnas and one to the east side of the island. We had Rueben as our guide to Furnas. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made our trip feel relaxing as we visited the tea plantation, Furnas, the pineapple plantation and many scenic viewpoints. He even found four leaf clovers for us! Our guide to the east side of the island was Vasco. He was also knowledgeable and navigated the island with ease as we visited gardens, waterfalls and coastal viewpoints. The company is good about adapting to the weather and making sure you still see things. Unfortunately, the fog/rain prevented us from seeing some of the views from higher points on the island but you can't control the weather. The tours are easy to book, affordable and a great way to see the island. We wanted to take the third full day tour available to the west side of the island, however it is recommended the weather is good for that tour as it's a lot of the views of the craters which you would be unable to see with bad weather.

I had a reservation for a scooter via Riderly. When I came there, they told me that the rental is only possible with a real credit card. However, not everyone gets one from their bank. So I had to find a different solution and cancel the rental on riderly. However, they were friendly and professional.

Fizemos de 2 dias visita à ilha de São Miguel um deles com o Sr. Rúben Faria. Um excelente profissional, muito bem disposto, atencioso, simpático e divertido. Adoramos conhecer o parque Terra Nostra e recomendamos o banho, não esquecendo a passagem pelas furnas, miradouros.

Correu lindamente, muito educados e disponiveis, melhor preço qualidade do mercado. A repetir
