Never actually got a service. Why? Sent a text requesting pictures. Was busy so texted back saying I would later. Another text pops up a bit later. Am still out. Rang to tell them to stop texting x 2. First call they hung up, second not answered and no way of leaving a message. Then I read the reviews - should have done that initially. Really don't like the threatening response to another reviewer. This lot will not be getting my business. Wow a whole year later and they respond. Says it all really.

Same here it seems there’s a problem someone using Ayitess haven’t dealt with clients for more the 8 months so there’s an issue here

Took an upfront payment of nearly £700 of a family member to take on a job. Didn’t do the job and had to get another company to carry this job out. Job needed carried out on the Thursday. They phoned on the Thursday to move the job to the Saturday. This didn’t work as they knew my family member was leaving to Ireland on the Friday. They were made aware of this when they took on the job. Several months have now passed, several conversations with different members of their team and nobody has got the money back to my family member yet. Didn’t do the job, have kept the £700 and now are ignoring phone calls from two members of the family they know they have spoke to about the issue. I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Removal company? Yes Professional? No The way that they packed our belongings was a joke, no system whatsoever & put in flimsy cardboard boxes that had seen better days. I have items missing that I have only just discovered 2 weeks later, a television that has been damaged at aerial point. Financial problems, through no fault of my own (lack of WiFi to access my online bank) & to top it all off, I ended up paying £800 to put the 3 men up in a hotel, while my possessions were held to ransom! I was called a liar & a cheat. Would I recommend this company? Not a chance!!! ***Edited to say*** The AyiTess reply to my review, refers to me Not being told that I had to pay the money before the van left the premises that I was moving from, it wasn’t in any of our communication’s, I still have those texts. AyiTess said that it was policy to pay up front, so why did the van leave without requesting payment or the company ring me before they left? I would have been able to access WiFi at that point.! This resulted in me not being able to access my mobile banking app on the train, my app requires WiFi & won’t allow access using G3,4 or 5 The lady in charge simply called me a liar & a cheat because, she said if I could text her, then I could access my bank?! The minute that I had WiFi, I rang them & paid. The next day, they rang me, to say that before they unloaded my furniture, I had to pay £800 for 3 b&b rooms!

Do not use this company! Please do not waste your money on this company. They have been used for storage. Picked up items for storage. Despite many promises these items have never been returned, at great cost!
