Estate Agent Review I had a very positive experience with Alex and the team when purchasing my property in London. I’ll be honest, I was quite a difficult client at times as I was very stressed throughout the process, but Alex handled me extremely well and also managed the seller, who had a strong character, with professionalism and patience. I really appreciated that. The sale went through much faster than I expected, which was a big positive. Communication throughout was regular and clear, and I never felt like I had to constantly chase for updates. What really stood out to me was that Alex went above and beyond what I would expect from his role. He even helped me print and post documents to make sure everything was completed quickly and correctly. As I wasn’t experienced with the process and unfortunately didn’t have the best experience with my solicitors, this extra help made a real difference. I’m very grateful for Alex’s patience, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending Alex and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

At the end of 2023, I was looking to move more centrally to rent for a period after selling my flat. I only viewed one flat, which is the one Mark showed me, as I immediately lovely it and he was super helpful and the process from then on was seamless. Any queries I had at the beginning of my move were answered fully and speedily and any issues arising during the tenancy that required the attention of the landlord (through the managing agency AW Childs) have been dealt with appropriately. Moving from owning a property to renting one is a change, and the overall professionalism of AW Childs has made this a good experience for me.
