☺O apartamento estava muito limpo, mercados em volta, as camas era confortaveis embora os colchões sejam muito macios. O sofa cama também era muito bom.
☹O box do chuveiro não isolava muito bem o banho, sempre que tomava banho o banheiro ficava bem molhado. Não havia cortina para as claraboia, no verão o apartamento ficou muito claro muito cedo.

☹Nous avons recuperes les cles malheureusement 2 h apres lheure prevue, le menage n etait pas finis, nous avons du attendre dans le froid dehors avec mes enfants.

☺ The apartment was neat, just like it appeared in the picture
☹ I requested a baby cot, and I was given a broken baby cot. There was no inner board in the cot, I could feel the iron. On side of the cot wasn't clicking. I sent messages on day 1 and on day 2 and your staff did NOTHING about it.Even if there was no other cot available, no communication about that,no apology was rendered. That was a very terrible attitude.Given after stating that I had a 5months baby with me.Terrible!!!

As I have explained when we spoke, the cot is a travel cot so it comes with a thin mattress at the bottom, this is by design.
There was communication regarding the cot, as we explained that it simply needs to be popped up to set up. The cot was checked over prior to your arrival and was in full working condition, and has also been checked again after your departure. It is a quick easy set up.
I do apologise that you encountered a user issue when setting the cot up, and in future we will look into providing a video guide on how to use it.

The property is within walking distance to the Borough Market. Also the listing is not far from attractions such as the London Eye and Big Ben. There are also supermarkets etc close to the house. The interior of the house is fully equipped. The neighbourhood is relatively nice, and in the morning I saw a small squirrel outside the window.

Good communication with Sarah . Nicely thought out decor, good heating ,well equipped, but spoiled a bit by poor maintenance . eg lack of lighting over the kitchen area, worn out grouting on bathroom floor., draughty. Location OK for transport and food.
