This is the worst campany ever With all the elements of bad service, lack of respect, impolite and impractical customers who do not interact with the customer with a respectable way, inaccurate appointments, always false information, their only concern is to take money from you for free, even if you ask to get your money back, it will be told after three days, I do not recommend this company at all.

This place is an absolute joke. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful. If you value your time, money, or even basic decency- STAY AWAY. They’re behind my friend losing his job they don’t care about you , your business anything of that Absolutely don’t recommend this company at all it’s a garbage company 😡

This is the worst car rental company I've ever dealt with. They wasted my time and I lost my job because of them. I had a business trip to New York and couldn't book a suitable flight. I contacted them, and the customer service representative assured me they accepted all cards. However, when it came time to pick up the car, and I had already paid with my bank card, they rudely told me they didn't accept that debit card. They made no effort to resolve my issue or understand my situation. The employee rudely told me they were closing down. When I contacted customer service and asked them to at least refund my money so I could go to another company, they said I would have to wait three business days. Therefore, I do not recommend anyone to deal with this company; their service is appalling.

My experience with Avis Car Rental was extremely bad. They wasted my time and effort, and their staff were completely disrespectful. The service level was very poor, and they did not consider any of my needs or respect my time. I advise everyone to be cautious when dealing with them.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! This place is an absolute joke. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful. If you value your time, money, or even basic decency—STAY AWAY. My sister made a reservation one full month in advance. Everything was confirmed. But when she showed up to pick up the vehicle she reserved, they gave her some ridiculous excuse that the previous renter took the keys, so the car was no longer available. What kind of business model is that? No backup plan. No accountability. Just “sorry, nothing we can do.” They claimed they had no similar vehicles and instead offered her something significantly larger—a gas guzzler she didn’t want and didn’t budget for. My sister, who is not confrontational, accepted it hesitantly because she was confused and caught off guard. She wasn’t even shown the vehicle ahead of time—only realized what she was driving when she stepped outside! As her older sister, I went inside to speak with the agent. While waiting in line, I noticed this same employee assign a vehicle to another customer—a vehicle that could’ve been given to my sister. I was on the phone with our oldest sister, calmly explaining the situation, when the agent suddenly decided to “help” me by skipping everyone in line. She immediately got hostile without even letting me speak. I wasn’t loud, rude, or aggressive—but her tone was nasty and combative from the second she opened her mouth. She then had the nerve to say she didn’t have to talk to me because I wasn’t the renter. Excuse me? I was simply advocating for my sister, who was being taken advantage of. Then she stormed to the back, clearly trying to escalate the situation rather than solve it. I assumed she was calling the police—it turned out to be the owner, who shockingly condoned her unprofessional behavior. My sister then came in herself to try and resolve things peacefully, but the agent continued to make excuses and push blame elsewhere. She acted like she was doing us a favor by offering the wrong vehicle and had zero interest in finding a solution. When we asked if she could confirm with the airport location before we wasted time going there, she replied, “They don’t answer the phone.” What?! She tried to spin the situation as an “upgrade” when in reality, it was a financial burden and a complete failure to honor a reservation. To top it off, when we were still trying to figure out if we should drive to the airport or request a refund, they suddenly declared they would no longer serve us. Then she snatched the paperwork and keys out of my sister’s hand. When I asked her to give us back the contract (our only proof of the rental), she didn’t even have the decency to hand it back like a professional—she shoved it into my hands. Absolutely disgusting behavior. The agent was beyond rude, and the owner was no better. I wouldn’t trust these people with a tricycle, let alone a rental vehicle. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the disappointment—go anywhere else. This is BAD BUSINESS, and they should be ashamed of how they treat customers.

We had our first experience with Avis earlier this week due our car we had almost 2 years had to get towed back to dealership for unexpected electrical/mechanical issues.. ERIN was so great with helping us out on such short notice! She was very upfront with the details and expectations that come with renting a vehicle which we did not get from any other rental places we were looking into.. We didn’t have to wait for her service and it was an exceptionally quick process.. Our rental is so beautiful and everything we could’ve asked for.. I recommend visiting Avis and Erin’s services 10000/10
