Stranded in Chorley because trains cancelled and had cash at my home so asked the receptionist if that was okay. I was told yes no problem then when in the taxi was told this wasn’t okay and told to get out at random location. Beware using this company they obviously struggle to speak English

Hi,
You booked a taxi to go Blackpool. You was told on the phone that out of town trips are always money upfront and you said thats fine. When the driver got there and asked if you would like to pay cash or card, you said cash. The driver asked for the money upfront and you said you dont have any money and your friend will pay in Blackpool. The driver refused as you refused to pay money upfront for a £60.00 trip.
Money upfront is always taken for out of town trips as there have been many incidents where the driver has not been paid. This is a common practice with most taxi companies.
Our drivers have no problem with English and we have full CCTV footage of the incident where the car was driving and you slammed the door open!

The booking was simple to make and it was later confirmed by text, great service arrived on time for pickup to airport and bang on time for return journey, Siraj the driver was very helpful and kept in communication to arrange pickup from airport will definitely use again.

Great service at a comparable price. We were picked up at 0330 hours for a journey to Liverpool Airport and the driver arrived early. The text messages kept us updated at all stages. We were collected a few weeks later with good text message communication again. I would recommend this company and would use them again. Thank you.

On the pick up and return journeys both drivers were prompt. On the return journeys the driver was friendly helpful and chatty even though it was around 1.30am! Would use this service again.

After arranging a taxi for 14:20 and waiting 10 minutes I rang the office to be told it would be 10 minutes as they had written the wrong time. After a further 4 more calls to office to be told it would be arriving I gave up at 15:05 and walked. No one rang to apologise or kept in touch of the delay.
Highly disappointed.
