Thanks for your feedback Ri, the size charts we provide are based on 'suggested best fit' (and we do offer a range in our size chart). In your case of purchasing Belts, the Belts do have stretch - and if you prefer to wear the belt pretty tightly around your waist, then yes, you could probably go down a size. Our apologies for any confusion. We do offer free returns and exchanges if you were intereted in getting your belts swapped out for a smaller size. We have responded 4 times to your review (which you will get notified of via Google) as well as spoke with your husband on the phone, and sent him 3 follow up emails requesting him to connect us with you. But to no avail. We have confirmed your REFUND WAS PROCESSED. Please reach out if you have any questions, we're more than happy to provide proof of refund. Thank you :) 10-10-24 Hi Leslie, this is our 4th attempt. We were able to speak with your husband on Tuesday and asked him to ask you to email or call us so we can provide refund confirmation information (we confirmed refund WAS issued on September 10th). Your husband also was a bit confused (and i believe this might be the root of the issue as he mentioned having issues with another product from another golf company (which im guessing you got mixed up when posting your review) - so please follow up with us directly (we've sent him a phone number/email address and asked to forward to you) so we can get you proof of your refund sent over. Can you please provide your order number? 10-5-24 Update: Hi Leslie, just following up on this. Again, if you sent product a return back to us and it was received, I can assure you, you would have been refunded already (and received a confirmation email). We are happy to investigate this for you however in order to do so, we need your order number (so we can view return/refund status as well as shipment tracking info from the shipping label we provided you (if for any reason the returned package was not received). We look forward to your reply. Thank you! 10-4-24 Update: Good morning Leslie, we looked into this in our RMA system. We were able to find 1 order (for Pants) with the same last name that had a Refund Request on Sept 1st. I can see the returned package was received on the Sept 9th and refund processed on the 10th. The order with origin city: Miami Beach - which looks to be where you are from, so im assuming this MIGHT be the order you are referring to. Assuming so, the refund was processed back to original payment account (looks like Paypal was used at checkout) on Sept 10th. We had also sent a refund confirmation email on the 10th (to the email address used at the time of purchase) however no future correspondence from that email address (or emails referencing this order since). We'll be happy to send you the refund confirmation and details if you would like (im confident it would have been posted as a refund transaction back on your original payment method by now). Or if you are referencing a different order, please let us know your order number (feel free to email us directly at contact@avalongolf.co) so we can investigate. Thank you! Can i please ask what your order number is and date the package was sent back (we should have a log of this in our system assuming you had opened a return request)?
