Bought a part from a disengaged, rude young woman and a gopher-man who was more interested in his phone than getting me the correct part. They gave me the wrong part. Went back to exchange and ran into a different crew just as rude and disengaged. I was obviously a bother. Sad. That was my go-to store.

I want to give the young lady who assisted me a big shout out! I don't see her name on the receipt, but she has multi-colored hair and a small frame. She has helped us out on a previous visit also. She replaced our truck battery and placed my windshield wipers on for me.
The only reason I didn't give a 5-star review is because of a male employee working this night (wears glasses) refused to help me because I didn't give him any credit for partly helping with the previous visit with the truck battery. I thought he was kidding when he said, "I'm not helping him," but he was serious. I couldn't locate the proper windshield wipers, and he told me to keep looking. I came into the store in a good mood and left a bit angry.
The lady employee (who was great) requested assistance on the 2nd wiper blade because she couldn't get it to snap on. He finally assisted me and placed the 2nd wiper on without saying a word. I am not sure what was going on but I will be weary of going into your store again with him being inside.

Inexperienced and incompetent staff
They gave me a wrong part twice!
Then, when I wanted to return it, they did not want to accept it! They claimed it was used, since it was taken out of the box!
Do NOT go to this location. Every time I go, the employees act I am bothering their loitering. When I went by this past weekend for a low beam bulb, I was given the incorrect information on the model #.
