Not good
It has been a week since I did my application with autopay I only got 2 texts that my app is incomplete so I called and the lady on the phone said everything looked good. Since then I got nothing from autopay or any other company. So this whole process was a waste of time. My credit is 800+. So do your self a favor don't even bother and do your own work. I can't wait to see when I get even more junk mail and phone calls. Smh
Do not use!
Do your research. This popped up as a good option with pre-approval for a 4.75% auto refi on Credit karma. This hit as a hard credit inquiry only to find that they could not offer. Will never fall for this again. It should have been discussed or disclosed that the interest rate was not promised. If I would have known that I would never have persued.

Misleading or false offer! They sent me a letter offering 6.44% interest rate if I refinance my auto loan through them. I called to take advantage of said offer and the salesman told me that it would depend on length of the loan and such. I was fine with whatever terms including Doing the refinance based off the original length of my loan.. whatever it would take to get it down to 6.44% and knocking my payment down $101 like the letter offered. He checked to see what he could do and came back with an offer above 7% and a higher payment than I currently have. Huge waste of time and very misleading if not just a blatantly false offer in my opinion.

Total scam. I got marketed super hard on Creditkarma to refinance my first ever loan. After taking a hard credit check, the lady on the phone told me that Creditkarma doesn't have my "real score" and that it's actually 50 to 100 points lower than what I can see. Like how stupid do you think I am? I talked to my bank and it turns out my score is higher than creditkarma was reporting as it hadn't caught up on all my payments yet! Liars are obviously not legit, so I will never trust them with my money. Autopay tries to take advantage of its customers. Steer clear of companies like that!!!

Credit Karma deceived me.
I was offered outstanding approval odds for a low APR refinance loan, offering a lower monthly payment than my existing loan (with the catch of an extended loan term). I was eager to accept this because I would have a lower monthly payment while still saving on interest overall. Well, after going through the application process, their offer was not the 5.99% APR Credit Karma told me I had outstanding approval odds for, but rather a 10.5% APR in addition to $550 fee! That is a 3% more in interest than my existing 7.5% auto loan. I only knew these details AFTER they did a hard pull on my credit without my knowledge. The cherry on top is they got my loan approval from an outside company, a credit union Tower Federal. Red flags all over the place. Stay away and work with your local credit union if possible. It's a shame Credit Karma allows this to happen.

Total Scam!!
Such a scam. The APR was nowhere near what I was advertised. When I asked why, lady said “oh Credit Karma doesn’t have your actual score that lenders use. We have your real score and it’s like 50 to 100 points lower than what you see on the app.” Obviously not true… I asked my bank bc I was suspicious and they said my credit score was 50 points higher bc creditkarma hadn’t caught up yet. Autopay is bunch of scammers, I definitely won’t ever be contacting them again.
