ZERO STARS ⭐️ BUYER BEWARE…I would not recommend this company, they sell broken cars that other dealers can’t sell, be prepared to spend $ within 6 months on tires and brakes as they do the BARE MINIMUM to pass safety. They take advantage of people who are in need and sell them inferior broken cars. They will lie outright, do your own research as they will sell cars that have MAJOR ISSUES, they sold me a Ford Escape plug in hybrid that has major issues with the battery and major power loss and pre mature degradation of the battery. The major concern I have is with the possibility of THE BATTERY CATCHING FIRE, I often smell a weird burning smell, I will NOT have my grandchildren in this car. They tried to hide the battery issues by not sending the charger with the car, it took weeks to get the charger, once I got the charger I called them back to say the car is not charging, I was told to take to the dealer, I did this and was told I needed to drive the car for a few weeks, I did this and now its even lower 20km range when it should be 60km, I was also told NOT to drive the car in EV only mode, the main reason i got a plug in hybrid was to drive my daily commute of 32 km return in EV only mode, now i don’t even have enough EV power to get one way to in auto EV, so basically I have a very heavy and dangerous non plug in hybrid, I'm very very unhappy. Im also very concerned about the possibility of the battery catching fire. Both the Ford dealership and Autoloans.ca hid the fact that the car has major issues with the battery and both will not do anything to help me, ONCE AGAIN BUYER BE WARE once they got your money your nothing to them. IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN GO ELSEWHERE FOR A SAFE CAR. Better prices and interest rates elsewhere. Even after posting this review no one has even reached out to me, don’t be fooled by there pleasantries, your just another sale to them nothing more. What a crock that they can’t find me in there data base, lies lies lies they certainly found me to cold call me and sell me this broken car ? And I have reached out to them over and over and they just ignore you, they already have your $ “Payments made on a broken car”=👎👎👎👎👎 👎

Awesome place to deal with to get a new car. Dealt with Calvin and he is an awesome guy who will do whatever he can to get things done . Got me a 2022 Chevy Malibu . I love it and without he keeping me informed on what was happening when , I don’t know where I would be. Got me great tires at a great price car was clean and delivered without any issues. Keep working hard for people Calvin your a great guy keep in touch … :)
Thomas and Neville were absolutely incredible.
Thomas made everything so easy for me to get my car and loan. He even had the car delivered to my front door. Neville was great in helping me not worry about a down-payment. These guys never ever made me feel bad about having bad credit. They were very encouraging and kind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle.
