before you deal with AutoLoan i had really bad experiences with Auto loan Canada ... before you purchase any vehicle via Auto loan ... please ensure that you are not paying for high interest .. auto loan set you up with different lander , with high interest rate for an example 10% 15% in this way they can get the proper commission. for an example if you purchase a vehicle 40 k and interest rate 10% so you are paying almost 10k just an interest ... also you should know all this sales person talk to you nice brain wash you ... do you know that when you give them permission run your credit check auto loan Canada let all the lander check your credit history ? mean 10 or more hard check on your credit ... i will suggest you better or worst credit please apply by your self to the bank , not via AUTO LOAN ... if you do not have money just buy a reasonable car ... why pay and damage your credit history .... auto loan main target is make you look so bad credit report , which is you are not ... so they can get higher interest rate and get the best commission from the lander . do not forget this is business ......just careful

Being with autoloans for over 8yrs and are top notch dealers. Dealt with different agents during that time and Varun is top class agent from Etobicoke who is very professional and listens to my needs as a client. He goes farther than most agents would in making sure that they get the right deal to make all parties happy. Varun just don't disappear like other agents after completing a sale. He checks in to see how's everything going with vehicle and that we are comfortable with it and also informed me of the 30day return policy if I decide to return it. Apart from Varun all those involved with getting the car should be credited as well such as the finance manager and the mechanics. I personally highly recommends them.

So, I had given a 1 star previously, but now changing to a 5 star. I thought that I was being ignored but John was not answering my emails because he's on paternity leave. I texted him and he answered right away. The car i bought was not great, I really wasn't enjoying it. John is now working on getting me a better car and less interest along with it. I never missed a payment and it really paid off. I would like to apologize for my bad review.
