I have had 2 great buying experiences with Auto Loans. Junior and his manager John were great to deal with especially as I was going through a huge personal tragedy in the midst of this deal. They were able to help me get a great interest rate and buying this way has helped me rebuild my credit while also having reliable vehicles to drive.

Blue 2022 Hyundai Venue Jaylen and John were the best of help. Got me a great car with under 70k k/h on it. Very detailed and professional approach without the feeling your being pushed into a quick decision. Will Recommend!

Not gunna lie I thought this was a scam at first. However, after doing more research and speaking with some of the folks there, I ended up with a new 2021 kia sorento at such a good price! Navid, Steve and another Steve were all phenomenal and truly made this a life changing experience. Please do take the time in purchasing a car from here, it’s basically hassle free and such smooth sailing! They were wonderful all in all. Will use them for every car I’ll ever need and will recommend everyone I know.

I cannot speak highly enough about Autoloans. Sasha and Frank are the best at what they do. They treat you like you like it's their sole duty to make your experience and journey the most important and painless endeavor ever. To be honest, I was spoiled by these two. They go above and beyond. I recommend Autoloans and Sasha & Frank 1000 percent when purchasing a vehicle. I will never go anywhere or deal with anyone else except them.

My experience with auto loan has been an excellent one. I was an anxiety ridden, stressed out mess , Nav was right by my side, dealing with ridiculous claim insurance, employees, stepping in to the discussions, when I was too upset to even know what to say, he knew what to say to them. With all of his help, he had me in a car that was delivered to me within four days!!!!! And quite honestly, had I had a different insurance company. It probably would’ve been less than that auto loans went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much. I am blessed.

Illy was very welcoming and helpful from the moment she called me up to the very last step of the procedure. She explained everything in an easy to understand detail. She helped us also to secure a good interest rate that fits our budget. John also was very helpful when he detailed the choices of cars, and the pros and cons of each. Well my experience was very disappointing I bought 2 vehicles through Autoloans and the first 2 experiences were good I was never late or missed a payment even paid my last car off early but just recently in the market for a truck and not only could I not get a response but didn’t even know what vehicle I had last bought from them it was like I had to work to get them to sell me a truck so tired of waiting I started the process through another company and even tried at the last minute before I completed a purchase on my new truck with a different company to see if I could connect being a loyal customer but to no avail. They now because of this not only have they lost the $50 000 I spent but have lost any future purchases from myself my friends and family. Very disappointing

I recently had the pleasure of working Mariya on the purchase of our 2021 Cadillac XT4. She went above and beyond to find us thr perfect car. When we started the process I explained what happened over the past 4 weeks with our 2019 Jeep. She was willing to listen to our concerns and found exactly what we wanted/needed.
