I've been leasing my property with Aurora for several years now and found them very helpful. There are regular inspections which I am also invited to attended. All compliance checks and repairs attended to quickly by qualified tradesmen. Recently, when it came to releasing my property it was leased within the week of advertising. The staff are efficient, friendly and approachable and they keep me up to date on any issues.

Five stars does not justify the level of professionalism and quality of service provided by Aurora Estate Agents. Andrew and the team have been extremely accessible and understanding of my needs. Also, Madelene consistently goes above and beyond in all aspects and is an absolute pleasure to deal with! Thanks Aurora Estate Agents for all of your hard work!

We worked with Samantha for the duration of our 1.5year tenancy and it was an absolute pleasure! She was prompt in attending to anything that we needed help with and replying to our emails. She was friendly and professional. The tenant app was easy to use and allowed me to make reports of any issues in the house that would alert Samantha almost immediately and she would always get back to us as soon as she could.
