We bought a property in Pakenham via Aurora Estate Agents in May 2023. And were impressed of how Andrew treated us as purchaser. So, my wife & I decided to let them manage our property as well. Few days before the settlement, Andrew already got applicants lined up willing to lease the property.
Before we allowed the approved renter to move in, we requested Aurora Estate Agents to do minor repairs, it was done in no time. We’re very happy of the way they kept us updated on everything. Great Service and Excellent Communication. I had the pleasure of working with Aurora Estate Agents to lease out my unit almost 2 years ago and release it recently.
I was regularly updated through the process and they were patient when I had questions making the experience a positive one. They carefully assessed potential tenants and secured someone great quickly.
The whole property management team has been wonderful, especially Samantha and I highly recommend them as property managers.

Best of the best. Andrew has been looking after my two properties for last 3 years as a renting. Recently decided to sell one of them and after a deep consideration decided to go ahead with Andrew as he has never disappointed us and always gone above and beyond to get the best result above expectations. Got a price beyond our expectations. And process was so smooth and he is more than an agent but good human being and a good friend as it was a quite emotional for us to sell the property. But he was always there for our query and also for ongoing moral support and true guidance. From now on if we need any guidance or wants to sell or rent property- please look no further, Andrew is so good - he is not like others who look for his own benefit but he is a,guy who treats you like a family.

Aurora RE agents have been looking after our 2 properties for the last year. We recently had tenants move out and had to find new tenants to move in. Aurora made the process easy and stress free. From the help Sam gave us with the exit and ensuring the house was left as it should be to the advice Andrew gave us on finding new tenants and then the process of releasing, we were thankful to have Aurora in our corner. Andrew got us a great rental price and new tenants very quickly, after only one inspection.
Since being with Aurora we have had wonderful communication, help wherever we needed it, our questions answered in a timely manner. They have kept us in the loop at all times which we find very important.
