People, don’t waste your time or your money. I know nothing is perfect but believe the bad reviews more than the good ones. First I want to say, their maintenance number is false. I was calling another company that knew nothing of Auben so when I had a gas leak and had to leave the home, they were nowhere to be found and had given false info as I was having an emergency. They are so unprofessional it’s sickening. They have yet to make that situation right along with the plethora of maintenance issues I had when I moved into the raggedy ass house. The entire plumbing had to be replaced. It’s hard to believe their rating is as high as it is. RUN FAR AWAY IF YOU CAN. The company is sooo sketchy. They responded to my google review before an actual person called me. Their manager has HORRIBLE customer service and has to be reminded to respond to emails. She has yet to call and this issue has been going on since June. They also tried to get my review taken down by saying I wasn’t a real customer but responded to my review on google but STILL hasn’t returned any of my calls??? PLEASEEEEE SAVE YALLS TIME THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER. Wish I could give a negative rating.

We've been with Auben for about 3 years, now under our second property with them due to the hurricaine messing up our first one.
They've never been up our behinds about anything as we have not created any cause for issues, and they were relatively propmt in getting us new housing, giving us all our options and allowing for immediate viewing of them.
I'm really writing this review because Miss Tiara was such a splendid help throughout all the stress, and the hiccups along the way, she really assisted us patiently through these tough times and always had such a pleasant demeanour in all our interactions, on the phone and in person.
She's a complete asset to the company, and deserves everything and more from them for all she gives to the work she does, she takes great pride in it and that's such a rarity these days. Truly a beacon of light in turbulent times for us! Thank you so much !!

Absolutely a disgrace! Charged me fees when I was not to be charged, have waited two months for a refund, could not get it still. They pay my rent late and short even though the tenants pay on time.
DO NOT USE THIS POOR COMPANY, Absolutely TERRIBLE!!

Highly NOT recommended. Absolute WORST realty company ever! I was with them 4 years and was happy to leave. Their previous maintenance person was nasty and rude. They NEVER answer the phone when you call. They would change your “assigned agent” at the drop of a hat and not notify you. The rent increased 5% every year and yet no upgrades occurred. I could go on but I digress. Absolute horrible experience and would NEVER do business with them again. They have me blocked on their social media lol

We viewed a house and absolutely fell in love with it! My credit was lower than we would have liked but they approved me anyway! I even got a little welcome gift. Everyone here has been so amazing this far and moving in was so incredibly simple and easy! I’m so thankful we found Auben Realty!!!

Walt has done an amazing job at fulfilling all of our maintenance requests and educating us on caring for our home. He has made our house full of girls feel very comfortable around him as well. Walt is our honorary house dad and we love him! We are so thankful for everything he does for us.

Starting With Mrs Tiara In Reception I'm Always Welcomed Warmly And Treated Like I Am Valued And Heard, To Meeting With Mrs Nikkia (The Best Property Manager Ever) I Always Feel Like I Am The Greatest Tenant Ever! She is Very Conscious And Understanding Of The Needs Of Her Tenants. Also Mrs Erica Is Always Super Helpful And Ready To Give A Hand When Situations Permit And I Cannot Reach My Property Manager. They do a great job with timeliness on maintenance. Walt has saved me from many headaches over the almost 3 years I’ve been here. Never fun when things go wrong but at least it’s nice knowing the issue will quickly be resolved.

I just moved in and there was a problem getting the gas on. Walt Ferguson, the maintenance man for Auden Realty took the time to stay and make sure that the meet up between the gas company and him was not missed. Thanks 👍!

Was renting with Voepel and then Auben took over while I was in my lease. Was contacted by them because the owners wanted to sell the house and they told me they would pay me to move out early instead of waiting for my lease to expire. I found a place and moved out July 1st. They told me they had 30 days to pay me back my security deposit and didn’t know how the other payment would happen, the buyout, one that was supposed to happen when I moved out. They told me I would get the buyout the day I was supposed to move out. I moved out July 1st and here it is August 16th and I still haven’t received my buyout money or my security deposit. I called and they will tell you what you want to hear “Oh it should be in the mail the Augusta office handles all the payments with deposit and buyouts.” So I call the Augusta office and she tell me she couldn’t talk to me because I was in Kansas City so I had to email her and she would communicate with me that way. All I wanted to know was, what was taking so long to get my deposit. Plus my buyout that was supposed to happen In July.

Slum lord rental company. Subjected my family and I to intense temperatures during a heat advisory. Pay a considerable amount in rent for the area. Property manager was made aware of medical issues tenants had and didn’t return a single call. Email correspondences I was lucky enough to receive was a tug-o-war of accountability between the contractor and the rental company. Find somewhere else!
