Slum lord rental company. Subjected my family and I to intense temperatures during a heat advisory. Pay a considerable amount in rent for the area. Property manager was made aware of medical issues tenants had and didn’t return a single call. Email correspondences I was lucky enough to receive was a tug-o-war of accountability between the contractor and the rental company. Find somewhere else!

I believe in giving credit where credit is due! My experience with Walt and Chad was amazing. They were respectful, friendly, and incredibly efficient. I will 100% be requesting them in the future. Auben Realty is very lucky to have them!

Auben Realty does not want to fix anything and no one is ever in the office. They lie and false advertise in the lease that certain things qualify for 24 hour maintainece. They dont actually have anyone in place to resolve the issues that may come up. My AC unit went out and the resolution that is being given is a window unit. I pay almost $1000 a month, and I will not accept that. The company is out here buying up all these properies around the CSRA, but not taking care of the properties or tenants that they already have. Put me up in one of those new homes before you offer to put a windown unit in. I will never rent from them again, I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent from them. I would not have given them the 1 star that I did, but it would not allow me to do this review.

I’ve been renting from Auben realty for over a year now and absolutely love it. They are always on top of any repairs and maintenance request needed in a timely manner.The costumer service is wonderful. Also, they’re actually proactive in property maintenance which is something I’ve never experienced before renting. I recommend this company to any of my friends who are looking for a new place and absolutely plan on stick with them for the foreseeable future.

I am very disappointed by the service I have received since Auden bought out Voepel. I have lived in my apartment since 2022 and for the majority of that time I worked with Voepel. Voepel was amazing and so incredibly helpful. We had put in probably a dozen maintenance issues and every single time they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and never asked us for a penny. Even for things that were stated as a tenant responsibility in our lease. They sent us out the most kind and knowledgeable workers. Everything from cockroach control to installing an entirely new air conditioning system. The moment Auben took over they have tried to nickle and dime us for every maintenance issue and blame the issues on us. I even had one of the workers they sent out tell me how he had worked for Voepel for years before Auben took over and how disheartening Auben’s treatment of workers and tenants is. I love my apartment, I planned on staying many more years but now I am not sure if it is even worth staying until our lease ends in February. Just this morning I had a incredibly combative and unhelpful call with a staff member about a maintenance request that was cancelled outright with no established communication. I was then told I would have to wait over a week and pay a ridiculous amount for a very simple repair. I highly discourage renting from Auben. And I discourage owners from using Auben to manage their properties.

My experience has had a few issues when moving in. I can say that each is was corrected to the best of their ability. Now the customer service I've received from the office here in Augusta has been phenomenal.

Neighbors at 414 East Meyer Boulevard just left trash all over our shared driveway and curb and drove off. No cleanup whatsoever. Now furniture and trash on our street for weeks. Must have great tenants leasing from this company!

My maintenance requests are always addressed in great time. Walt F. has been servicing our house for about 4 years now. He does an amazing job and can fix anything! He always gets the job done!

Property owners - Think twice. Since our team began working with Auben for our investment properties it's been a headache. From the lack of communication, accounting errors, poor/lackluster maintenance upgrades, and misc chargers and "just cause management fees" you're better off managing yourself or finding an actual reputable partner. There's always some sort of excuse, finger pointing, and once again very limited communication (takes multiple calls and emails) and time for completion.

Auben Realty just took over the house I have been renting for 2 years. Their new system put me in as the wrong name and I was unable to log in to pay rent. They can be very hard to get a hold of and calling to speak with someone takes atleast 20 minutes. When they fixed my account after the weekend they refused to take off the late fees that had accumulated. I am now looking into moving because I do not trust this company at all. Leaving a bad review is about the extent of my power in this situation. Praying to all of the most vindicative gods right now hoping that Auben Realty may be smited from the earth.
