Great Salesman, poor performance
After initial consultation, I hired Will to perform a custody and partition case. After the retainer was paid, communication was poor. Went through paralegals who either resigned or were terminated. Case kept getting pushed out. On one occasion, I arrived for a scheduled court date only to run into Will in the hallway. He brushed passed me and Informed me that he continued the case for a later date and would call me later that day. No call arrived. I sent several emails that were never answered. I ended up hand delivering a letter informing him of my disappointment which prompted a call. However he wasn’t able to meet me personally to clear the air. He submitted an agreed order without my knowledge or consent which he tried to walk back in court. Paperwork had numerous errors I had to personally correct. I had to pay a portion of opposing counsel’s legal fees. Never addressed partition. Horrible experience!
Israr did a property completion for me. He went out of his way to get it completed, and it was done in only 5 days!!! Fastest ever and smoothest ever transaction. He answered the phone every time I rang & kept updating me with any obstacles that came in the way. A very very big thank you to Israr you are a true gentleman and a man of your word!!
