I moved and needed to join a credit union, I did my research and decided on American Southwest credit Union, I am so glad I did. I wish I could give them 10 stars from the very beginning I walked into the branch to the help from Kayli, Laura and everybody else who was involved in helping me with consolidating my bills, which was a godsend.
Laura and Kayli I now considered my new family of ASCU, I highly highly suggest and recommend if you need to reconfigure your life, you go see them.
Thank you for your time, patience and explaining everything to me and making my life a lot less stressful 10 stars !!

The memo line was removed from the payments option so I can't make a note of which month I'm paying the bill for and my landlady gets confused because she's elderly.

I really like banking here. Good people, great rates on loans and great service.
