Bad key fob programming to 20 impala
The service sucks, called asap out to program a new dealership key fob, that i purchased. After program told guy that theft light was still on. He didn't know what to do. Paid for service with no issue. Wife & grand daughter got stuck 50 minutes away from home at fun box. Call rep again at 8pm told him what happened. He was saying he will call guy out again. Waited over two hours stuck in parking lot. Business closing. 11 pm. I called for tow service to get my wife & grand daughter home safely. Never returned call. Left us for dead. Called to inform that I would like to reschedule service for next day on Sat morning. Still haven't received a call from anyone. Luckily I have an repair shop with program experience with ac delco gm subscription to reprogram it myself in the parking lot that night. We made it home after midnight. When the tow truck came the car started after I program it myself. The service is horrible. Will never recommend asap locksmith to anyone. Thanks for taking my cash for nothing. I hope this goes viral. I polish it can give 0 stars, but it won't let me. So be it.
