The cake looked lovely, and was a special cake for my son’s 18th birthday so we were so excited…..but I was so disappointed with the icing! I asked then after we had the birthday what it was made of and they emailed back to say it was made with a cheap mock butter substitute, resulting in an unpleasant taste and texture and everyone left it and the rest went into the bin. While the cake itself was fine, the icing really detracted from the experience. Unfortunately, when I provided feedback to the baker, it wasn’t addressed adequately, which was quite disappointing. I’d recommend using real butter and being more receptive to customer concerns. Quality was really poor.

I ordered the purple glamour cake for my baby’s first birthday party - and it was very purple and very glam! It was hard to find a purple cake for the event, so I was delighted to come across this one. The cake also tasted delicious - so did the mini cupcakes I added on at the last minute. Making the order online was easy, and the delivery was reasonably priced, well organised and efficient.

You guys know how to make pretty cakes, the one I bought looked great. However the sponge was dry. The cake did not have a great taste, it was stale. The buttercream tasted off, not sure what type it was but it wasn’t sweet at all. For the price I wouldn’t buy again.

We are so sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the cake. All of the cakes are baked freshly on-site in small batches. We use hot water cooked method to mix chocolate cake batter, which is moist every time baked. The sweetness of the buttercrema contains 35% sugar. This sugar ratio is similar with Swiss Meringue buttercream. We would definitely to improve the recipe after your feedback. Any problems, please upload the cake cut profile and we would like to figure out the problems.
After looking high and low on the internet and Instagram for a reliable cake shop, I can confidently say that I've finally found my go-to place for birthday and celebration cakes. Eva was lovely and helpful in modifying my cake design to exactly what I wanted. My cake order was fresh, spongy, and delicious. Thank you so much for such a smooth and stress-free transaction.

Easy online ordering which I followed up with a call (would be good to get a call from the bakery confirming the order, but I understand how busy things can get.) The cake was delivered on time, and the flavours were a huge hit. Highly recommend.

Amazing cake makers and decorators. We received so many compliments on the look and the taste of the cake, we even packed some for our guest to take home to enjoy.
A week later and they're still talking about how good the cake was.
The ordering was so easy and stress free, delivery came well within the time frame. We Can't thank the team enough for such a great cake and service.

I ordered a cake for my son’s bday based on reviews. I was pleasantly surprised by the great service. I mentioned I needed to serve the cake a day after delivery. I received a message the day before advising they would send a packet of biscuits for the cake topping to avoid them going soft. This service makes a difference. I will definitely be buying cakes again! Thank you for taking the extra care.
