Hi Arno, I just want to say - Wow, what an incredible night you put on last night! It exceeded all my expectations. It was such a unique treat to have you come into our kitchen, and entertain our guests with your wonderful repartee. It was like you put on your own show while demonstrating how to create a stunning French meal, generously sharing tips that I have never read about or seen before. We loved your easy and relaxed manner. You mixed perfectly with the guests and you completely made the night. Such a class act, providing an exceptional experience. Chef Arno made an incredible dinner for us at our home. We were so pleased with everything from the beginning of the process when we first started chatting to him about the idea, right through to the end of the evening. We were delighted by the delicious cuisine, matched wine and service. He and his staff couldn’t have been more organised, professional or easier to work with. Chef Arno and his team did a wonderful job catering a family celebration. The tuna tartare and chocolate fondants were stand out dishes that had everyone raving. The service was excellent and very responsive, even to last minute changes to accommodate a pregnant guest. Arno provided great advice and help to source wine to match our meal which was an added bonus. Highly recommend this company.

Absolutely first class service. Staff booked were amazing and knew how to cater for high-class dining. Food was wonderful. Just a slight confusion with the crockery turning up too early for the surprise but even that was dealt with well. First class from us.

Home cooking class Chef Arno provided a fantastic hands-on private 3-hour cooking lesson for my wife at our home. Lots of insights into working in a commercial kitchen and great cooking tips and tricks. The resulting dishes were great! Would certainly recommend him!
