Ok folks I feel very fortunate to have met Jeff and had my roof, siding, eaves and downspouts replaced. The job is finished and looks great. From the start of planning, agreeing on price and scheduling the work Jeff has been spot on. The workmanship has been very good and Jeff and Trevor were conscientious to inspect the work.
Hiring a company to do work on your home can be a little unnerving as we don’t do this everyday. Getting it right is so important. So here is your chance to get it right!
Ardent Roof Systems Inc has been incredible to work with. Their quality, professionalism, and service are second to none. This is the only roofing company I will ever use.
They went out of their way to help my aging father with a roof repair when no one else would. His house is older and will eventually be torn down, but they still treated the job with care and respect, helping us stop the leaks and give him peace of mind. That meant a lot to me and my family. They also came through for me in the middle of winter when my own roof was leaking, during their peak season, and still managed to get it repaired quickly, even with the roof covered in 4ft of snow. They didn’t hesitate, and the work was excellent.
Derrick, Shawn, and Matthew went above and beyond to make sure both jobs were handled with care and honesty. Their team genuinely cares about their customers, and it shows. Highly recommend Ardent Roof Systems to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality work and outstanding service.

I would not recommend Ardent to anyone. I first contacted Ardent on Aug 13th. When I did not receive any call back I contacted them again on Aug 25th. I was told I should have had a call and they would send as urgent to the head of sales. On Sept 4th I called again as I still had had no call back. The lady who answered said Derrick had called me and let a message, when I indicated I had not received this message she double checked the contact details and both the phone number and address was incorrect. Derrick did come out on Sept 8th and he had four options for us. I sent an email on Sept 17th asking when we might receive our quotes. I phoned Derrick on Sept 19th and left a voice message. I phoned the office on Sept 23rd and ask if Derrick was working, when they said yes they put me on hold. I got cut off ad phoned Derricks direct line again and he texted he was on the phone and would call met back. He did call me back and indicated he received my email but he was waiting for google earth measurements (as he took none when he came out) he indicated he expected o have them by Sept 25th . To this date (Oct 13th) we have received no options or quotes. I contacted another company on Oct 4th, they came out on Oct 5th, quotes sent to us on Oct 10th and they will be doing the work the week of Oct 20th.

The staff and management at Ardent Roof Systems have provided exceptional customer service for my re-roofing project. It started with a phone call talking to Irene who was detail oriented. She asked if I had any issues with my roof. I told her about my leaky chimneys.
Derrick was with me every step of the process starting with a detailed quote and ending with the rain caps. He addressed all my questions promptly. Derrick had made the process worry-free for me. Dan and his installation crew worked tirelessly and efficiently as a team. They cleaned up well after the job was done.
Matthew did a phenomenal job on replacing the chimney storm collars. Now the collar areas look like new. The personnel who installed the rain caps literally went the extra mile in procuring a part to retrofit one of the caps.
Thank you to everyone who was involved with my project. Due to your strong work ethic and professionalism, you had all made the process seamlessly for me. I am happy with my new roof! I highly recommend Ardent Roof Systems because of this amazing team of polite, personable, professional and dedicated staff and management!

I did not use Ardent for my siding repair for the August 2024 hail storm, but my neighbors did. Unfortunately the contractors that were hired to fix my neighbor's house, damaged my downspout. I emailed Ardent directly for assistance, no questions asked and they replied promptly to my emails, Ardent replaced my damaged downspout. While I did not use them directly, there was no proof that the damage was from their contractors, but they promptly took it on and assisted me.
If I am looking for roofing or siding in the future I would consider Ardent based on their professionalism.
Great communication from their team and they’ve answered all the questions I had throughout my repairs. My place looks amazing now! Thank you for everything!
Ardent was one of the three companies I decided to get an estimate from for my roof to be reshingled. I called them first and talked to Derek, he seemed great and personable and I was excited at the potential opportunity to work with him. He told me he'd have an estimate together within the next two days. I didn't get a call at all. I proceeded to get my other two estimates, they other companies came out and checked out the house and got their quotes to me. Then I called Ardent back, asked to talk to Derek again and he assured me he'd get the estimate to me. This was about a month ago, and the roof has been reshingled by another company and I'm still waiting for Ardent to give me the quote I called twice for. Try Matt's Roofing instead, they're faster, have great communication and likely cheaper.

We had new shingles installed last year. We have been happy through the winter and summer so far. The shingle options they provided were very fair and competitive. They answered all my questions and were not into pushy sales tactics. Easy to deal with staff. They recommended extra attic vents and spaced them evenly so they did not look out of place. Cleaned up after the work was complete.

I left this review on Facebook years ago and see it’s been hidden from the Facebook page, so I’m transferring it to Google. No one ever reached back out or made the situation right at the time. I repaired the gate myself.
The staff that created the issue may not even work here still but I don’t appreciate that it was never answered at the time.

I am sorry to hear about this, and yes a lot of staff has changed over the years. We removed feed back on Facebook many years ago, and not for this reason. If you feel there is something we can do make this right, after this amount of time, please call our office and ask to speak to Derrick our sales manager and he can work this out with you.

It's been over a month now since your review, and have yet to receive a response, so I will consider this matter settled. Derrick would have been more then happy to do what was needed to achieve a satisfactory resolution, but it's hard if communication doesn't not continue. All the best from all of us here at Ardent.

Wonderful company to work with, their knowledgeable staff made things much easier on us!!
I called in the morning to have look at a leak in my roof. They came that afternoon. Inspected, patched up the issue and suggested some preventive matters we should correct. Looking forward to having work done with them in future.
