Randy of ARCO was very detail oriented from the beginning and carefully laid out the options, created a plan for execution, and followed through on a timeline as promised. I'm pleased with the Lutron shades and custom valences he installed in three rooms of my apartment. Though the shades were not cheap, Randy was able to provide a competitive price with other estimates I received. I've had no trouble in the operation of the shades since the installation.
Randy did a beautiful job speccing out and installing our 12 motorized shades. They look and function great. The install is very clean. I give him thanks for his honesty, as we were comparing the more expensive 24V Lutron system with their slightly cheaper 12V Sivoia QS system. He steered us to the less expensive system as he said they were functionally identical. We're happy with the results, and we appreciate that he didn't up sell.
Arco installed motorized Lutron shades in our Jersey City waterfront condo and we just love them. We are finally able to enjoy our view of Manhattan with the touch of a button! Although there were some kinks in the design of our unit, they were able to improvise and install some beautiful looking shades. We didn't purchase the shades from the cheapest vendor, but ARCO offered customized service with good value. And they offered motorized shades that in our view were superior in quality than a place like the shade store.

We hired Randy to install a number of solar shades in our apartment and were very pleased with both the quality of work and the level of service that he provides. He and his team take great pride in meticulous work and came back a number of times to adjust the shades to ensure they worked perfectly. He also gave us great advice on which shades to choose (color and transparency) and installed the shades without a valance on a reverse roll so that they have a cleaner look. He's an expert in what he does and a person you can definitely trust.
ARCO provided blinds for the oversized (10x10) windows in our new apartment. We worked with Randy, who was very helpful when choosing styles and convinced us to use a fascia design that provides a really clean look once installed. The blinds fit great and are nearly invisible when fully closed. The end result has been terrific, exactly what we were hoping for.
I used Arco as they came recommended by a restauranteur friend of mine (they did the restaurant) and they did not disappoint. My apartment is in an old building with difficult / old brick attachment points, but that did not deter Randy from doing his best to work around any issues. These guys are professional and excellent value, and what's more, they are happy to work directly with you to make sure you get the finish you want.
