Dr. Patel used a drill to remove my wife’s nail polish and permanently damaged the matrix leading to permanent disfigurement and years of treatment and issues. The other doctor also botched my in grown procedure.

This woman ( Dr. Josie Abraham) isn’t just great at what she does and of course beautiful but; she saved my feet. I have been under her care for about a month and an half and so far… everything she has recommended and prescribed is working very well! I went in there thinking that I had a fungus and thankfully….. I WAS WRONG! I definitely recommend this doc and the people who work there because they make patients feel like they actually care! I’m in healthcare myself and that goes a long way! She’s solving an issue I’ve had and suffered from for years. I’m very thankful. 🙏🏼
We take pride in our podiatrists and staff. Thank you for taking the time to share your comments!

Dr. Patel is one of the worst Drs. I’ve been to in a long while. His bedside manner is limited and had no feeling about causing me a lot of pain getting cortisone shots in my big toes. I now know the difference going somewhere else-orthopedic specialty group- plus he made the biggest mistake asking me about my politics.Large ego not appreciated
Dr. Patel is a surgeon and surgery is what he will continually push you toward, claiming benefits from (bunion) surgery that other podiatrists have told me are simply not realistic. He was helpful to me but his constant drumbeat about the miracle of surgery caused me to find another podiatrist.
Hello. My goal is to discuss the various treatments a medical condition, a bunion in your case, including non surgical and surgical options. Foot problems can worsen over time and when I have treated someone for over a decade a surgical discussion is often had. I always emphasize that these are elective procedures as ask that the patient consider this as an option. There is no pressure in making this decision. I apologize if you felt pressured. I am glad that you continue to have conservative care..
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a perfect 5-star review!

Doctor Shane Reynolds was great, unfortunately he isn't there anymore. Receptionists are rude and confrontational with patients; they are always right and hear no reasons. Dr Patel is very unprofessional. The wait is super long- I wouldn't recommend you going there.
All of your employees are disrespectful; from the receptionist to Dr Patel. Took almost two weeks to book an appointment as his receptionists were so rude. Dr Patel did not properly inform me of the necessary factors of surgery. When I asked reasonable questions pertaining to a rushed surgery (he did not confirm if I actually needed surgery), like what would be my restrictions following surgery and if there was any alternatives, he became frustrated and disrespectful towards me. He showed lack of empathy and listening to his patients concerns. Would never go back there and definitely would not recommend. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Update: Thank you for your condescending reply. I know the intended purpose of scanning my ID, but as an attorney and IT Security specialist informed me, your system cannot promise security or privacy. I did not get your information from Google, but my insurance provider. But thank you for the tip. Also, as previously mentioned, strive though you may, I was NOT informed. Hence, the following. I hope that anyone thinking of visiting your office reads the arrogant, patronizing, and unprofessional response you decided to post and thinks twice about placing their trust and healthcare in such hands.
What a waste of my time. First, despite the fact that I was treated like a new patient no one bothered to tell me that their location had changed. I was also told, only when I got to the front desk, that I was required to have my photo ID scanned in order to see the doctor. I see a number of doctors with different specialties all around the area and never once have I been turned away because I didn't want a identification with my photograph scanned into a system I am not familiar with. I was told by an attorney that it is my right to refuse. Apparently it is also the right of healthcare providers to refuse care to anyone not submissive to their policies. I guess that's good for me to know ahead of time since I will be seeing another doctor.
We are sorry for your experience. An ID and insurance card safeguards against identity theft and insurance fraud. As you are on google, our current address is very clear. Our office also strives to advise all new patients on bringing a valid ID and current insurance card to the office for your visit.

Dr. Reynolds is awesome!
So knowledgeable, took time to explain everything, very reassuring to have a dr. who can take of your problem immediately.
Thanks. I’m grateful that we have fulfilled your expectations.

Have been seeing Dr. Patel for almost 20 years, and now all my friends and family do, too. He’s the best, and as someone who had a fear of doctors, his patience and care have always been so greatly appreciated.
I went in for an ingrown toe nail and have had 6 weeks of agony. Lack of cleanliness led to infection of the toe and after going to the ER and my primary care physician all agreed it was too aggressive in terms of approach. I would stay away and seek other approaches to a minor problem. He used a chemical to burn the cuticle so it wouldn't grow back and that led to pain and infection that has made me take 2 courses of antibiotics and I am still on the mend. He gave me no post op instructions and was very lackadaisical about the procedure. It has now been many months and my toe is a total mess. Nail has not grown back as it should and I continue to seek help from other Doctors.
